It is with great honor to stand before you as your 2023-2024 District Governor. My name is Amy! I hope that you are all doing well in this busy exam season. This past weekend I went to Atlanta, GA for the annual Governors & Administrators Training Conference and to tour the venue for International Convention 2024 and I can tell you that it is worth visiting. More importantly, though, I hope to see as many of you as I can at International Convention 2023! International Convention is such an informative and fun experience and I highly recommend going if you ever get the chance. This past month since LTC I have been busy settling in with the transition of boards. Two weeks ago was our first NYDKC Board meeting! The meeting minutes will be published soon and you will be able to read everything we talked about, but while we wait, I can tell you that the District Board is eager to serve you. I hope you all consider getting involved on the District level by submitting a service spotlight or applying to be a member representative on a District committee! There are many opportunities you can get by staying up to date with our NYDKC Instagram and signing up for weekly updates from your Division's Lieutenant Governor! I hope to speak to you all soon!
