Connie will meet with you to present our comprehensive appraisal for your consideration.

A detailed discussion about your plans and wishes, resulting in your decision to list with the best –Team Connie!

We assess the requirements for your property including staging. We advise on ordering a LIM and builders report to avoid these being added as conditions at offer stage.

Team Connie will undertake thorough market research of your home and all comparable properties.

Preparing for the first open home includes responding to phone, email and on-line inquiries and sending personal invitations to view your home to our extensive buyer database.

We launch your home live to the market.

A full marketing plan is proposed, discussed and booked to maximise the reach to the most relevant buyers.

Photography and scripts are organised. A collaborative process based on our vast experience and your intimate knowledge of the property.

After open homes each week, Connie prepares a vendor report outlining who has viewed your home, their feedback and how our property campaign is tracking.

All offers are presented and we work with buyers and yourself to negotiate the best price and conditions (if any) to get a result you are happy with.

It doesn't end there. Once a contract is agreed we keep in contact to ensure any conditions are met, presettlement inspections are undertaken and we liaise with solicitors to ensure a smooth settlement.
