All items are sold, as is, where is, without any warranties expressed or implied. Items will be available for preview before each auction for further examination. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the preview and inspection exhibition dates and times posted. Descriptions should not be construed as a guarantee in any means. It is the sole duty of the bidder to make the final decision regarding an items description, authenticity, materials, condition and value. Your decision to bid confirms that you have either previewed the items, or are in agreement to the conditions and terms listed below. BIDDING: If you have any questions regarding these BIDDER TERMS & CONDITIONS, please ask before you register for bidding. If you choose to bid at this auction, you are creating a contract, enforceable under the laws of Fairfax County, in the State of Virginia, United States of America. Bidding on an item will be considered sufficient evidence that a bidder accepts all conditions set forth in the terms and conditions, and any conditions outlined on the day of the sale. The Auctioneer has the authority to accept or reject any and all bids. All bidding is in terms of United States Currency. The Auctioneer determines who the high bidder is. In the event of a “tie-bid”, the Auctioneer may re-open the item between the tie bidders. The Auctioneer’s decisions are final. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on all purchases. SALES TAX: 6% Sales Tax will be collected on all sales made and delivered within the state of Virginia, from Oakridge Auction Gallery, Inc., located in Fairfax County, Virginia. Buyers purchasing items for Resale, or Tax Exempt Bidders, are required to provide a current Resale Certificate, or Tax Exempt Certificate, prior to each Auction, so that invoices can be calculated correctly. Sales Tax cannot be removed from an invoice without a current Resale or Tax Exempt Certificate. NO WARRANTY: All items are sold “As-is, Where-is” with no warranty express or implied. Time will be made available prior to each Auction for a preview of the items to be sold. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the items prior to the Auction to determine condition, authenticity, and/or usefulness. Oakridge Auction Gallery, Inc. will retain all items on the purchaser’s invoice, until payment in full is made. Any invoice remaining open after 60 days, will be charged interest at a rate of 0.5% per month beginning on the 61st day. REMEDIES FOR NON-PAYMENT OR NON-COMPLIANCE: Oakridge Auction Gallery, Inc., and the consignor(s) reserve the right to use any and all remedies for non-payment or for noncompliance with these Terms & Conditions, afforded to us by law. 010 010 Pair of Small Aqua Glass Bowls These two small aqua glass bowls have a tiny bubble pattern inside the glass. They have no markings. The dimensions for the taller bowl are 3 3/8” X 2 1/2”. The dimensions for the shorter bowl are 3 5/8” X 1 5/8”. All measurements areapproximate. Est $20.00 - $40.00

011 Group of Eleven Vintage Bottles 1. Two antique aqua blue glass wide mouth bottles. The smaller bottle is stamped with “BB” on the bottom. They both have seams. 2. Brown beer bottle with no marking aside from on the attached porcelain stopper which has a sealwith two lions and a crown surrounding a crest. 3. Two clear bottles both having screw tops. They are both square in form with rounded edges. The slightly larger one is stamped with a palm tree and “Puerto Rico”. The bottom rim is marked“Puerto Rico Glass Corp.” The smaller bottle is stamped with “1776 - 1976” and an image of the liberty bell. The bottom is stamped log cabin syrup. 4. Small brown bottle with a green stopper. Likely a perfume bottle. 5. Two rectangular clear glass bottles, one with measurements on it. The one with measurements on it has a “16” at the top and “Lyric” on the bottom.6. Clear pressed glass jug with handle. 7. Small capped rectangular bottle. 8. Clear glass square bottle with some cork residue and the bottle is marked with “609”. 3. Gordons Dry Gin green glass bottle marked ontwo sides with “Gordons London Dry Gin London”. The bottom is marked with a boar’s head and the number “8”. 4. Gordon’s Dry Gin green glass bottle marked “England” on two sides. Front marked “Gordon’s Dry Gin.” Back is marked “REG D_ 610617”. The patterns were made in Pennsylvania in the 1880’s. 027 Pair of Victorian Etched Boudoir Lamps Victorian boudoir lamps with etched glass shades and decorative bobeches with ten prisms hanging from each of them. The shades can easily detach from the lamp. The prisms all match aside from one accent piece on each lamp. They have beautifulglass stands as well. 205 “Night Snow at Kanbara”, Ando Hiroshige c. 1833 Polychrome woodblock-print titled, “Night Snow at Kanbara”, by Japanese artist Utagawa (Ando) Hiroshige. It was produced during the Edo period. This idealized landscape depicts Kanbara at night with blankets of snow covering the ground andsnowflakes falling on the people and buildings in the landscape. It is matted and framed in a bamboo style, black, wooden frame. On the back of the frame is a copy of a 1997 issue of Art & Antique Magazine featuring Hiroshige’s work along withthree postcards of Japanese wood blocks. 206 “Sarusawa Pond” 1st Ed. Woodblock, Hiroshi Yoshida This woodblock-print titled “Sarusawa Pond,” by Hiroshi Yoshida is done in soft shades of orange, blue, and green. Sarusawa pond is a man-made pond created in 749 for the Kofuku-ji Temple. The pond and the five story pagoda depicted in this printare known to be one of the most iconic landscapes of Nara Prefecture, Japan. Dated to 1933 this rare wood block has Yoshida’s Jizure seal in the upper left margin, which indicates that Yoshida personally oversaw the printing. Yoshida alsobrush signed his name in the lower right-hand corner. The publisher, Wantanabe pencil signed the title and Yoshida’s name in English on the bottom of the print.
