All team members' behavior is influenced and guided by the values, expectations, and practices that make up the organization's culture See it as the assortment of characteristics that define your organization. While a dysfunctional workplace culture brings out tendencies that can impede even the most successful firms, a great workplace culture showcases beneficial features that result in enhanced performance

Family is the basic unit in society; it is the place where we learn to grow ourselves Can’t we apply the same concept to our club? Yes, of course We are introduced as Oasis Family because of the mutual connectedness Through the unofficial group, we are often connected and communicate frequently Whenever one of the members is in trouble immediate actions are taken to help that person As a result, when members have a difficult situation, they all remember Oasis family members and they share whatever they want. That is why we are a family.

FUN? Fun is the motto of Oasis Toastmasters members After the meeting, we have a special session to have a fun time having snacks Apart from that we organize trips, outings, and other gatherings when we get bored If one of the members is feeling stressed the suggestion pops out ” Let’s party!” So, ladies and gentlemen fun is the most important element we have.

3 3 Share the moments

Birthday parties are a must within our club Recently we celebrated our madam President’s birthday party She was surprised to have a delicious cake and a wonderful gathering Why only the happiest moments? We do have sad moments as well Recently, we missed a few members due to migration (but they promised to continue the membership). We did not forget to have farewell to them Sharing moments is also an important aspect of maintaining club culture

Oasis is special to me, and to other members. The main reason behind this is the bond we have No language differences, cultural differences, or any other demarcations because we are a family A family with a growth mindset where everybody does mistakes and learns from those, a family which provides a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop themselves.
