I believe friendship is a relationship of choice. My best friends Chantel and Nthabi are my everything, my chosen family, my soul sisters. I was so lucky to have met them; after schooling in a village for 10 years I finally moved to the city. So scared of feeling lost, alone, so much pressure and the like. I was blessed to meet these amazing girls. I remember the first time we met it was like looking at my personality in the mirror because we are so alike, totally crazy, outspoken and very vibrant. We love fashion... And we make amazing DIY clothes, because we are so creative. I love them so much. We motivate each other and always dream big. We want to see each other successful and slaying in L.A.
Tamia We are sure ka fashion and food vibes, and re shapo ka bullying, and negative vibes. We love church, that’s where we always often chill out. CRC is our second home. We love dancing, it’s one of a few ways of expressing ourselves. Nthabi is the reserved one. She seems almost shy before you chill with her more, then she’s very bubbly, and hantel is loud, crazy and our Queen B. I’m the outgoing one, very outspoken and quite confident. And the responsible one, since I’m the oldest.
If you were stuck in a room, who would figure your way out?
N: Tamia, she’s the more mature one, and she’s kinda smart. T + C: Nthabiseng, she’s calm and smart. Me and Chantel will just die there thinking it’s over.
FrsiheinpdsWho likes taking random selfies?
T: Chantel, she’s like our Queen B. *laughs* C: Me, if I get the chance, I just take pictures. When I’m bored, I take pictures. N: Tamia, she always has her phone everywhere.
Who has the most humour?
T: Chantel, she’s just the crazy one. C: Tamia, she’s always smiley.
Basically how our friendship came to be was through high school; in Chantel’s and my case even being in the same class. I would be lying if I said it was love at first sight cause as for Tamia and I, we only had an encounter towards mid-2015 and as for Chantel and me, we just kept things strictly professional for the whole of 2015! I even remember how much I used to despise her during her times as the monitor. But then I believe we were meant to be. With Chantel what really ignited our friendship was dance. The day we found out that we were both huge fans of Matt [Steffanina, the American dancer/choreographer]. With Tamia it was our love for fashion, which we got to share with one another at church. Now as friends, we love to dance, go to church (same church), dress up, meet up and basically be together! They inspire me as an individual to always keep the dream alive cause we see reflections of each other when we look at each other, and their validation just means a lot to me. They inspire me to always smile even when my heart’s frowning cause at the end of the day it always rains before the rainbow.
Who gives the best advice? N: Chantel!
T: Me, cos I feel like I have experience with most things and they can easily come to me with questions. C: Nthabiseng, she has the answer to everything. She just gets it.
Nthabiseng
SKY
Who’s the smartest?
All: Nthabiseng – she always got higher points.
Mag •A• zine
SKY shout out to Nthabi! 47 points whaddup!
Who comes up with the craziest ideas?
N + C: Chantel, like going up Kgale, that was just crazy, like have you seen that hill? It is way too high! T: Me, Nthabi likes playing by the rules, Chantel is crazy but I think I go all out!
Chantel
Friendship is something that I value very much, and in our generation it’s not that easy to find a true friend: someone who wants the same things you want, advises you, shows you the right way when you get lost, has dreams, goals and morals.
If you were lost in the woods, who would eaten by a lion?
C: I think Tamia, I would survive!! Like, I’m a survivor. I grew up with guys so I kinda know these things. N: Chantel, she would panic all the time. T: Me and Chantel, we like freaking out so much! Nthabiseng is so calm.
TBH I’m like literally describing my best friend Nthabiseng Faith Motswedi and my very good friend Tamia Frank. Those girls are for keeps, God surely knew what he was creating. We are all dreamers. We don’t settle for less, go big or go home. We have goals and we help each other to achieve them. We are all so into fashion as well. We share a really good relationship and I couldn’t ask for more. I am grateful for them and cherish every moment I spend with them. We like to try out new things, like DIY our clothes. We like to be different. ‘Unique’ you may say. We are not perfect but at least we try and that’s what I like about my girls.

When you’re with this friend, do you feel free to be yourself? (All the weirdness and honesty!) • I am even more myself when I am around her (3 points) • I can be myself but not completely, all the time (2 points) • Sometimes I have to change or justify my behaviour when I’m with her, so maybe she doesn’t know the real me (1 point)
4
Has this friend ever pressured you to do something you didn’t want to do? • Yes, but it was OK when I refused, she understood (2 points) • No, she would never do that – she lets me make my own choices (3 points) • Yes, I wasn’t comfortable and didn’t want to say no… (1 point)
If you came top of the class, and she didn’t do so well, she would… • Feel annoyed that you did better than her, there’s a rivalry there… (1 point) • Be upset about her own results but would at least congratulate you (2 points) • Be so genuinely happy for you and would tell people proudly how well you did! (3 points)

5 – 7 points: It sounds like this girl is toxic. Ask yourself ‘am I really better with her in my life?’ If the answer is no, just gently distance yourself from her, and surround yourself with more positive people who love you for who you are. Check out our advice on toxic friends, on page 12. 8 - 11 points: Hmm, this sounds promising! Maybe you guys aren’t super close yet, but it seems like there is no reason why you can’t be really good friends. Make sure you are a good friend to her and she will return the favour! Check out our friend tips on page 11 for some ideas on how to nourish this relationship :) 12 - 15 points: Wow, you guys are tight! This sounds like a match made in heaven. Make sure you guys maintain your positivity and keep it genuine, and this friendship could last a lifetime <3

1. Be there when she needs you They say that friends are the family you choose, which is awesome because it means true friends will be with you through thick and thin. Being a teenager is a difficult time with lots of ups and downs, and sometimes we need someone to lift us up. When you sense something is wrong, just ask ‘do you want to talk about it?’ Be there for her and she will be there for you.
2. Understand that change happens As teenagers, we’re often told things like ‘your bodies are changing’. What people don’t talk about is how much our brains and ourselves are changing. Many friends grow apart while they’re teenagers because one or both of them changes. This is a tricky one but the solution is to try to maintain enough distance to let the other person grow, but enough closeness that you can still say ‘hey, are you OK?’ if you notice something is wrong.
Friendships are like flowers – they need attention and nourishment so they can bloom! It’s easy to take a good friend for granted, but it’s important to think about your friendship and how you can maintain or improve it so that it will last for years to come :) Here are our 5 top tips for maintaining awesome friendships. Let us know which ones you try with your bestie!
3. Rise above jealousy It’s actually very important to have different friends, who all bring out different, awesome parts of you. But you know what’s weird? While we like to have different friends ourselves, sometimes we can get jealous of our bestie’s other friends! Try your best to become friends with her friends, but if you just don’t click, don’t worry – take a breath, rise above it and go do your own thing! You will still have time to hang with her.
4. Friends don’t let friends be untrue! That’s right, it’s the old SKY mantra of ‘be true to yourself’. If you notice your friend is doing things that are not in line with her values, don’t judge her, but be her rock. Maybe she is hanging with people who are a bad influence, or maybe she has just forgotten her Sures and Shapos. Let her know she doesn’t need to try and impress anyone because she is loved, and that you respect her for who she is, not for the person she is pretending to be. Trust us, she will appreciate it <3
5. Make memories! Go on a daytrip, write a poem, come up with a dance, make in-jokes, perform together, paint a picture, go for walks, take photos, make videos, find a regular chill spot, invent nicknames for each other, share books, share jokes, share life. Memories fuel friendships, so make them now :)

Karyn Hi I’m Karyn, I am 16 and from Serowe. I am the first-born, I have 2 younger siblings and I am currently studying for my Bachelor of Media Studies at the University of Botswana. My nickname is Kelly Kelly. My mum calls me that. I don’t know why! I feel amazing about being a new voice of SKY, because it’s given me the perfect platform to motivate my peers, and encourage them to be better people.
3 words that describe me are short, fun and loud. If I had a superpower, I would choose invisibility. If I could do whatever I wanted for a day, you would probably find me at the beach… yeah, just lying by the beach. In my group of friends, I’m the wise one. People should listen to me on SKY Live because I’m very interesting so my listeners will never get bored!
Ke sure ka positivity, hard work and education. Ke shapo ka smoking, backstabbing and stealing.

Meet your new
Last month, you voted for the girls you wanted to be the new voices of SKY, and present our weekly radio show SKY Live. The final winners were Karyn Foya and Chipo Ncube! Let’s find out more about them…
Chipo Hi I’m Chipo and I’m 17. I’m the last born of 4. I finished at Crescent School in Lobatse, I’m soon to start at BAC studying IT Accounting & Finance. My nickname is El Pacho. It means… the pacho! Do you know El Chapo, the prisoner? Yeah, like that. But they flipped it. I don’t know why. I feel excited about being a SKY radio presenter, because it’s always been my dream to be on radio, and now it’s come true and a lot of people can hear my voice!
3 words that describe me are be funny, talkative and crazy… If I had a superpower, I would choose to fly :) If I could do whatever I wanted for a day, I would probably go get a massage! In my group of friends, I’m the loud one! People should listen to me on SKY Live because they’ll be listening to something different, that’s interesting and exotic…
Ke sure ka Chappies, Coke and making my parents proud. Ke shapo ka fish, smoking and pretending to be someone you’re not.

Have you ever considered a career in aviation? Meet Kgomotso Phatsima, who was inspired to fly as a teenager and is now a pilot with the BDF. She is a member of international organisations promoting women in aviation, and a founder/ member of several youth outreach programmes to encourage more girls to consider becoming pilots. My name is Kgomotso Phatsima, I am a military pilot in the Botswana Defence Force. I am among the first female officers to fly in the country. Ke sure ka airplanes, charity, poetry, running and reading! Ke shapo ka watching soaps… My biggest obsessions are charity and flying. I’m also addicted to fashion, shoes and bags. When I was 14… I saw a plane flying above my house and I knew I was gonna fly. Everyone (including my mother) was scared of my dream to become a pilot, and believed it’s a man’s job, but my passion and commitment overcame every barrier. I’m a slow learner, the flying environment demands people who think fast and can multitask so it was challenging for me during my pilot training, but eventually I succeeded. I love flying. I love what I do. I would do it for free if I had to. My favourite place is Cape Town. I love the sea and the breeze.
Dare to Dream is a motivational hub I founded six years ago which seeks to attract, empower, mentor and motivate the advancement of youth in aerospace and aviation as well as equip them with business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. My favourite thing about being a pilot is I get to travel a lot, see different places, meet different people, and appreciate different cultures. I also love being in the skies, the feeling of being airborne completes me. True friendship means trust, love, honesty and being there for each other If I was an animal, I would be an eagle… I would fly high and far. For a young girl out there who aspires to be something that seems impossible, I can only say: “Dare to dream, dare to be different! Dare to shatter the sky and let your dreams take flight!”

This July, the Netball World Youth Cup is being hosted in Gaborone! It will be the first time that Botswana has hosted a global sporting competition #BWgoals <3
Cheludo
Teams from 19 countries will battle it out right here to become champions. SKY is super excited to be a partner of the Games, so look out for ticket giveaways and all sort of fun leading up to July :) To celebrate, we met up with 3 players from Team Botswana, to learn a little more about them, their love for netball and what we can expect from the competition… Hi! Please introduce yourself to the SKY Nation. A: My name is Amantle Never. I am a young girl of 15 years old who comes from Francistown. C: My name is Cheludo David, I’m 18 and I hail from a small village in the northern part of Botswana called Sebina. K: My name is Katlego Obusitswe Dipatelelo. I am a young lady of 19 years, from a small village called Xhumo. Please tell us your Sures and Shapos C: Ke sure ka choice tsaaka and ke shapo ka bad influence! A: Ke sure ka education and netball, ke shapo ka smoking le ka di bad influence tsa di friends Who’s your celebrity crush? A & C: Tory Lanes! K: Chris Brown What’s your number 1 friendship rule? All: Honesty!
Bots is hosting the NWYC in a few months, what are you most excited about? K: Most importantly I’ll be representing my small village and I believe this will be an encouragement to other young people coming from small villages that they as well can make it. Last but not least, this is the first time Botswana holds an event of this magnitude and I am happy that I will be part of this historic event! C: I am looking forward to interact with different players from all over the world. I am excited because I will have the opportunity to learn and share different skills with my peers around the world Which team gives you the chills? C: Team New Zealand and Australia give me chills the most. Jamaica is the other team that gives me chills, especially that it is in our pool. K: Jamaica
What made you fall in love with netball? C: My aunt made me love netball, she used to always tell me that my height will do wonders K: My inspiration, motivation and encouragement have always come from my mother because she was a netball player as well. I am just carrying on her legacy A: When I was young I used to enjoy watching netball matches, then I told myself that one day I will be a netball champion too. I then started to train hard to achieve this goal and I will never give up! What can you say about team BW? C: The girls are determined and focused to impress, and hope to bring it home. K: I believe despite all the challenges we encounter in terms of training facilities, we are prepared and determined to become the best. A: Well, Team BW is determined to get a very good position during this games and all players and

management are working very hard, motivating us to achieve our goal during training.
What inspires you? K: The spirit of competition, but rather the spirit of complementing one another. C: My coach inspires me, Kagiso Judith Mawela, because she has that zeal and eagerness to get what she wants. She was once ranked among the best defenders in the world and played international in Singapore. A: I am inspired by Kgomotso Matibini because she is my role model, she was chosen MVP last in Singapore in 2016 What do you most aspire to change in the world? A: I wish to change people’s attitude towards women in sports. C: I wish to change women’s attitude towards sport. They need to have discipline and the determination to do it!
What can you say to other young girls out there who aspire to play for BW one day? C: I would like to say to the girls that they should believe in themselves. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. A: I would like to say to the girls that they should make use of their talent. Put it into practice and believe that they can make it. K: Be you, be true, know your goals, stay determined and focused and you’ll go places. Most importantly do not lose your morals your parents engraved in you because the team can go places even without the one most talented of all. “Maitseo namane ya moroba...”

Relahtiipons s Guys don’t usually talk about the relationships they have saying it’s because they get roasted over expressing their feelings.
Fana
But these are our brothers, our friends, our bf’s and we need to know how they feel and what they think of us. Check out some of the guys who we asked to tell us about the relationships they have with either a sister, a best friend, cousin, or girlfriend. What are your relationships like?
We boys don’t like to express emotions, we hardly tell our sisters we love them but we do more than anything in this world. My relationship with my sister Gala Mosweu is close, she’s 6 years older than me and she’s the one who gets me the most out of all my other siblings. I’m a very closed-in person but when I’m with her, I’m able to open up and forget that I’m this shy person.
My friend’s name is Ene Matshameko - odd name right? That’s what I thought too when I first heard it and it turned out to be a name I’d cherish forever. In our own ways we’re pretty different; she has a whole party of siblings whilst I don’t, she’s so into make-up, contouring and all that gibberish whilst I’m more into politics.
Thabo Pako and I have been boys for as long as I can remember. As kids, we spent a lot of our time laughing, he’s a funny guy I tell you. We do the most together and push each other to do our best. We’re still on our journey and we make sure we’re there for each other through ups and downs. That’s what friends are for!

Tshiamo
Where they met!
At the hospital!!! She’s my sister...
We first met at our Form 1 orientation day at the school gate actually, and it was pretty awkward because she thought I had a crush on her lol... but we turned out to be really good friends instead.
We have been friends since 2006 and grew up together since as neighbours in Phikwe.
Best inspiration Gala inspires me by how she is able to juggle work and pursuing her dance dreams as she aspires to become a choreographer. It helped me be able to balance school and my social life. The best advice she has given me is to be extraordinary and not be like any normal Jack and Jill.
What really keeps us tight is our honesty towards ourselves and each other, we are always looking out for each other and motivating one another to reach beyond our limits. We serve as a sense of inspiration for each other because we both have a strong sense of self-worth and confidence, nothing can bring us down, NOTHING.
He inspired me to keep my way straight spiritually and to work my best. He works so hard on his Larona Mvungama brand which motivates me to keep going. We also worked together on an event in Phikwe with another friend Sean Anderson, which pushed us to reach even greater heights.
Fave chill spot
Flaws?
Our favourite chill spot is really just at home with the family, guys watching football and ladies yapping about how much they hate football.
Gala is very friendly but she sometimes loses her temper easily which I think is one trait she needs to work out.
Just one chill spot? Hai! I’d be lying but what we do a lot is go out for shopping together (weird right?) And we end up going mall to mall doing nothing but laughing.
I think maybe she sometimes thinks too little of herself, you know people are always on her about her skin colour and sometimes she allows herself to succumb to all that negativity and believe them.
If we’re in the same town, we always hang out. We usually chill with some of our other friends at area 2 pool side.
He forgets he is living life for himself and not others... He should be more free being himself and not be afraid of what others think, not follow trends but be or make the trend.
Funny moments
She annoys me when she invades my privacy by sometimes getting into my room when I’m not home.
The funny thing, we have the exact same taste in music from Emeli Sande to Brenda Fassie and even Trompies
Pako’s height kills me cos it makes him look like a dwarf but he does the most!

I’d like advice on friends who always criticize me based on my looks and my grades. They r my only friends so I’m afraid that if I separate myself from em I will always be alone at school, pliz help me. “Hi SKY, What is the best remedy for period pains? Help a sister.” It’s different for every individual. Do what works for you, but remember that you don’t have to sit there in pain. If the pain is unbearable, please visit a clinic or a doctor to examine you. SKY Girl Lywelin Dove says: the important things are: adequate sleep, rest, relaxation, stopping smoking, pain meds, regular exercise (especially prior to the start of your period) and attention to fitness, putting a warm towel or hot water bottle just over your abdomen and pelvic area, and massage to the back and lower abdomen can all help with period pains... That’s my Wednesday remedy to all girls at home!

Hey girl, true friends don’t do that, they help you when you are not feeling like yourself; they help you reach your greatest potential. They would push you to do better in your school work and not make fun of you. Try talking to them about it and let them know how everything makes you feel. One of them should get you, if they aren’t helping you develop in any way, then it might be a sign that you need new friends who will be supportive of you. You don’t need negativity around you! Remember, we don’t need that many friends in life, just that one kind, understanding, and nice one who puts a smile on your face will do. #PositiveVibes #TrueFriends
Hey hello. Am doin my 20th and I think I have found the guy I have been looking for. I need tips on how to make this relo last n how to be a real lady for his man. Wow! I am happy for you and your boo. A relationship is a 2-way street. You both have to put in the effort to have a good relo. You can do the little things together, like go out for a movie, or a milkshake, or even attend events together or doing the things you love together. Also understanding the kind of person he is too will also help. But then don’t feel like you are losing yourself while trying to keep the relationship going. Also try to see that you aren’t the only one putting an effort. I wish you the best in your relationship.
Hey SKY NATION I need help, what does a loving and concerned friend say to another friend who has found comfort in smoking and partying after losing her mom? She says she feels her life is over! Hey girl, I’m sorry about your friend’s loss. Let her know that you are there for her, and do talk to her and find a way to deal with the pain together. She has to know that you have her back no matter what. Give her a shoulder to cry on, wipe away her tears, and take her out for ice cream. Love, assurance and patience are what she needs right now, it will take some time. Do point out that smoking and partying a lot won’t fix the situation, it might make it worse. You can also ask an older relative or a guidance counsellor at school to intervene, because she might be using the partying and smoking to mask her true feelings which she needs to face in order to heal. Also praying about the situation or going to church might help her find closure.
Gals, nna tota ke lekile go padile, confidence ya nkgana shem... ke shy mo go sa nnang sentle... le mama tota I’m not free to talk to her about gals stuff... nthusang hleng ditsala..... Awww I feel you girl. Confidence is something that most of us struggle to find at some point in our lives. But don’t worry we got you boo. Be wary of the little things you say to yourself as they can destroy or build you. So shy away from negative talk, you just have to nurture yourself so that you blossom. You can always do things that you wouldn’t normally do, like joining the debate team at school (it helps you to learn to talk and stand in front of people), and doing group things like sports and clubs. Being in a team and performing helps boost confidence. Also guidance teachers can help you break out of your shell, or any older person you feel close to. About talking to your mum, you can always talk to an auntie or an older sibling. However it’s really important to have a relationship with your mum, she is one person who knows you more than you know yourself. Try talking to her about the easy stuff, like clothes, makeup, school, friends, cooking recipes and all that. As time goes on, it will be easy to talk to her about almost anything.

I would describe my style as diverse and all about trying new stuff, from being old to new school. From being girlish up to boyish... just don’t be afraid to try stuff out. Who knows, you could be the next trendsetter! I like to shop at The Fix, Legit and MRP...but I plan to shop in more stylish and high quality shops in the future :) My celebrity style icons are Sarah Snyder, Chantel Jefferies and the Jenners.

My favourite item of clothing is my vintage denim shorts [pictured here]. They’re comfortable and I can wear them with anything. I really don’t believe in limitations when it comes to clothing. If it works for you then why not! Just make sure you’re comfortable at the end of it all. But you will never find me wearing two-piece clothing! A great tip to look good on a budget is just to wear a baggy T-shirt, sneakers and accessories. That’s good for chilling.

I would describe my style as outgoing, eyecatching and classy, like the Zendaya type of look. The ‘I want to wear what she is wearing when someone looks at it’. I would say that my celebrity style icon is Zendaya Coleman. She dresses according to her mood. She is not into skirts, just like me. She is more into jeans, sweater and a shirt underneath type of thing. We both consider dresses only when it’s necessary. You will never find me wearing a mini-skirt. My favourite item of clothing is my denim jacket, it literally goes along with everything. It just completes the outfit. I mean even if I was to pair it with something ugly it would overpower that and make the outfit look amazing! I usually pair it with my jeans and a loose T-shirt or crop top. My number 1 fashion tip is to always dress according to the event. When you’re on a budget, just buy what you can afford, but make sure it’s worth it though.
Chantel wears clothes from Olie’s Closet. Nthabiseng wears model’s own and shoes from Olie’s Closet.

Hair
This issue, we’re turning to some of our favourite celebrities to find out how they stay glowing… try their tips for yourself and #slay <3
Skin Beyoncé: A woman is most beautiful when she smiles. Other than that, the most valuable tip I’ve learned is always use a skin moisturizer!
Janelle Monae: I style my own hair! I don’t want anyone on shoots or video sets to know how to re-create it. I want the next generation of girls to feel empowered to cultivate their own style and know that they don’t have to be conformists. My style is The Monáe. Figure out yours. Beyonce: In real life, I like natural curls as opposed to ‘I just put a curling iron through my hair’—almost bedhead. Not too perfect. I love when my color grows out a little bit and the tips of my hair look sun-kissed. Taraji P. Henson: Every time I see women who have daughters, I say, ‘Don’t ever use a relaxer on her hair.’ If you don’t, I think it will be thicker and grow longer.
Janelle Monae: I won’t sit here and say I’ve never had a pimple, but I try to have a really great diet, you know, lots of vegetables and fish. And I think stress plays a huge part too. I’m a believer that the more I’m giving, the happier I am, and the more beautiful my skin will be.
Advice for the Soul
Maddie Ziegler: We definitely need to make sure all of our makeup is off before going to bed, especially when we’re doing competitions or performances because you have to wear so much makeup. It’s always important to keep your skin hydrated and also to make sure it’s clean before bed.
Alessia Cara: There are so many different kinds of beautiful, and it’s about time that we start embracing all of them. Growing up, I worried about every little thing. I was like, “oh I’m not good enough, I’m not confident enough, I’m not pretty enough, I’m not this and that.” I would cry about my appearance, and cry about a bunch of things that don’t matter to me now. I would just say, the stuff that matters now won’t matter in a few years, and just chill out and enjoy your life.
36
Maddie Ziegler: Don’t be afraid to wear what you want to wear. A lot of people now are like, ‘Oh, my friend won’t like this’ or ‘I don’t know if I’ll be cool if I wear this.’ I think it’s really important to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Janelle Monae: A lot comes from within. The happier you are, the more your beauty comes out. When you have a good heart and positive energy, you and the people around you are better. And that’s the best beauty and health advice you’ll find anywhere.

Hey baby girl! I know right now you are feeling out of place. You are wishing you could be noticed and appreciated, but it’s all in vain so you feel life is unfair and discouraging. Everybody wants to feel important in life, and as a teenager you will always want to do all you can to be considered cool so you can fit in and be appreciated by your friends. At this point in your life, you go through a phase of confusion in terms of what is right or wrong. When you are 14 years old you run out of your home to stay with your friends because you are confused. Since you don’t yet have your stand, they managed to peer pressure you and you felt it was right, because you wanted to impress them. We are all different, and as we interact we influence each other in different ways. But you have to have your own stand when you make decisions, and ensure at all times that they are wise and don’t threaten your future in any way. Associate yourself with the right group of people, who are ambitious and driven. Make decisions that are wise and never derail you from your focus. Set goals for yourself and work hard to achieve them. Use failure as a way to encourage yourself to try harder until you reach that goal. Keep in mind that positivity through failure is the key to reaching your goals. Always be confident in what you do, because lack of confidence can make opportunities pass you by. Be selfassertive: this can make people understand the type of person you are, because you will be able to stand up for yourself and defend your views. Try new things and challenge yourself. For example, if you want to try netball, do it. If you want to try singing, do it. If you want to try to get good marks, do it. My motto is “J UST DO IT”. And this is what keeps me going day by day.
