Tip #2: Work Out in the Morning I don’t care whether you work out before breakfast or after breakfast before you go to work. It doesn’t matter. What you need to make sure of is that you get to exercise before your hectic routine starts. That’s definitely in the morning. Exercising in the morning has plenty of advantages for your schedule and personal well-being. Since you’re getting one important thing done, this leaves you more time for your other priorities.
