HOW TO SELF-EXAMINE YOURSELF FOR CANCER ODETA STUIKYS ROSE

Many people will always fail to tell or know what exactly cancer is. Dr.Odeta Stuikys Rose says that cancer is the name given to a collection of related diseases. She says in all types of cancer, some of the body’s cells start to divide without stopping and spreads into the surrounding tissues.

Cancer can begin almost anywhere in the human body and spread almost everywhere if not early diagnosed. She also shared how you can self-examine yourself for cancer.

A change in urination According to Odeta Stuikys Rose when you go for a short call and you notice the following urinary symptoms such as frequent urination, small amounts of urine and slow urine flow or a general change in bladder function.

These are among the many symptoms that could be caused by urinary infections that is usually imminent in women but in men, an enlarged prostate gland is a clear indication of a urinary infection. Many men will go through harmless prostate enlargement as they grow old of age and will often have these urinary symptoms.

Lumps in the testicles

90% of men with cancer of the testicle will always have a painless or rough lump on a testicle. Some will have an enlarged testicle.

Additional conditions such as infections and swollen veins, will also cause fluctuations in your testicles, nevertheless, any kind of lump should be evaluated. All men are advised to always conduct monthly testicular selfexaminations.

Breast lump or breast discharge Most of the breast lumps are noncancerous tumors like the fibroadenomas or cysts. However, in any condition that you may have breast lumps they need to be thoroughly investigated.

A negative mammogram result is not generally adequate to evaluate a breast lump. A doctor needs to determine the fitting X-ray study which might include an MRI or an ultrasound of the breast.

Blood in the stool Dr. Odeta Stuiky Rose says that blood in the stool is always a clear indication that one is not well at all, therefore, a doctor should investigate blood in your stool in case you experience this situation.

Hemorrhoids commonly cause rectal bleeding but because hemorrhoids are so common, they may coexist with cancer. Therefore, even in situations where you may have hemorrhoids, you should always have a doctor examine your entire intestinal tract when you start having blood in your stools.

According to other individuals, X-ray results may be enough to clarify a diagnosis. But to others colonoscopy is usually recommended. Routine colonoscopy even without symptoms, is recommended once you are 50 years old.

A change in bowel habits Changes in bowel habits are generally associated with your diet and fluid intake. Many doctors will always find sometimes pencil-thin stools with colon cancer. Infrequently, cancer displays constant diarrhea.

Some people with cancer feel as if they need to have a long call and still feel that way after they have had a bowel movement already. If in any way you experience these abnormal bowel complaints and they last more than a few days, they require evaluation.
