Â One minute exercise has same effect on skin and heart but for it you will have to push yourself to walk as fast as you can. 30 minutes slow walk and 10-15 minutes fast walk give the same benefits to you.
“There is some exercise where you can see comparable results.�- said Odeta Stuikys Rose. Exercise helps you to recover from major illness and the other hand people with certain disease are advised not to exercise. Some doctors suggest exercise to their patient and it works amazingly.
Our body uses both carbohydrates and fats to make energy. Exercise makes your cardiovascular system stronger which good at delivering oxygen thus our body metabolize more fat as an energy.
