A 75-acre development that features a shopping center, restaurants, theaters, offices, research labs and residences with high-tech connections to the campus. In addition, Chartway Arena is home to ODU Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and events such as concerts and lectures.
ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS
Our summer guests live in fully furnished rooms. All air-conditioned, single-gender rooms, including a closet, bed (Extra Long twin mattress), desk, chair, and dresser. Each room has cable TV connections and WI-FI enabled.
Access to laundry facilities, a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop, and 24hour on-call emergency maintenance. Lobby and floor lounges are available to summer guests upon reservation.
