Executive Summary Beach Bums is the next hottest thing in swimwear, with its unpredictability and mystery, it is a fun and exciting way to buy swimwear! The fact that it almost limits it customers by only having it in one place makes the demand and desire for it increase rapidly. With this new and creative company, there is a for sure way to get the word around and make it fun for everybody. The next step for our business is to make it go global and have pop up locations at the same time in different countries to get maximum exposer.

Highlights The net profit of the business has increased rapidly these past couple years, especially since our first year as a business. The word has gotten out about our unique and special store and ideas, making the demand for our products sky rocket.

Objective My objective is to make Beach Bums go global. It would be a traveling pop up shop and be in the biggest cities in the world

Mission Statement We are making women feel Confident, comfortable, and beautiful All over the country.

Keys to Success Our Key to success is the Here Today, Gone Tomorrow, The limited time that the store is there will make the demand for the product increase even more

Description of customers Young women of all shapes and sizes that want to look amazing on the beach!

Description of Business My business takes a new and fun take on the quintessential retail store. We have products for all shapes and sizes, affordable prices and a fun environment for everybody to comfortable in. The moving location always gives us a sense of mystery and excitement for people don’t know where we are going to be next and what the store will look like.


Company Ownership/Legal Entity Beach Bums is a proprietorship. Some can see it as a franchise because we move around so often and have more than one store in different places, but technically we are a proprietorship

Location The location is the unique and cool concept of this business because it changes constantly and that is what makes it desirable 

Hours of Operation The hours are Monday- Friday 10;00 AM- 10:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM- 11 PM Sunday is 11;00- 3:00

Products and Services The main thing we sell is women’s swimwear, bikinis, one pieces, and tankinis but we also have quick and fun accessories. Things like wattle bottles, sunscreen, and sunglasses are sold as well.


Note: These accessories are sold by the checkout register because it is not a main focus for people in there but if they realize that they might need it. This raises the sales because of the location of the accessories.

Service Customers will be welcomed will warm smile and big hello. We will ask them if they are here for anything special and then act accordingly. We will have one or two people specifically working the dressing rooms and act as if they were a “stylist� and make sure they felt comfortable. When they are checking out, will ask how their experience was and make sure it was amazing for everybody. We will always be friendly and approachable throughout each and every customers visit.

Management I will be traveling with every single move every month with 2 other people that are my executive management team. They are me when I am not there and take on a lot of the same responsibilities I do as well. Then I will have a team of 3 regional managers to rotate and work in the store a lot with the other staff members. I will have about 4 staff members to work the floor for every store. With these types of levels, I can distribute some of my top priorities to trustworthy and responsible workers. All workers will have to know how to work the floor and sell the product so if they ever need to fill in on the floor, they can.

Marketing My marketing can either make or break my business with how it is executed. I have four marketing tools: Business card: for professional and contact information Postcard: A fun way to sow our loyal customers where we are next! Social Media: to keep customers updated and give clues to where the next location is Billboard: a coming soon sign to get people in the town excited

With all of these tools, Beach Bums will gain the exposer and attention it needs to really blossom and develop into a sensation.
