For processing filament yarns made of PA, PES or delicate materials such as CV (Rayon), AR, PEN, Dyneema and Lyocell in a count range from 235 dtex to 45 000 dtex, you will get your TechnoCorder Allma TCS exactly as you require it. Flexibility The flexible control concept on the Allma TCS allows the processing of 1- to 6-ply symmetrical and asymmetrical yarns. Two completely independently controlled machine sides underline the flexibility of the Allma TCS. Cooling of the electronic system The Allma TCS is equipped with 2 air/water heat exchangers for cooling the electronic cabinet thus avoiding dust and dirt in the inside of the cabinet. Extended service life of electronic systems thanks to low temperature. Optionally, air/refrigerant heat exchangers are available for cooling the electronic control cabinet.

Controlled machine stop Bridging of short-time power failures. Controlled machine stop and restart in case of power failure through the use of an uninterrupted power supply UPS (additional device). No productivity loss, no quality loss. Constant yarn and package quality thanks to completely reproducible production data Your customers want to rely on the agreed twisting and winding quality. Therefore, you can easily and centrally set and save all production data on the Allma TCS screen. Thus each lot can be reproduced with identical quality at any time. Furthermore you can save any desired number of lots and transfer the data from one Allma TCS to the other.

Oerlikon Saurer – Your partner for technical yarns In a modern and efficient twisting mill, every twisting machine has its determined function. On the one hand technological parameters have to be fulfilled, on the other hand twist production should be highly efficient. With their programme of technical twisting machines, Oerlikon Saurer, Allma Product Line, offer you a product range which will give you the competitive edge also in the future. Fibre-friendly twisting position It’s the many small details which make the big difference in high-performance twisting machines. More than 1200 CableCorders in the market have taught us what is important in the manufacture of technical textiles.

High material flexibility Thanks to the know-how in surfaces which we have acquired in cooperation with our customers, the Allma TCS is the only high-performance twisting machine worldwide for twisting yarns from delicate materials such as aramid and Dyneema. Today, even coarse articles such as PP are twisted on the Allma TCS which covers the complete range from very fine to very coarse yarn counts (235 dtex – 45 000 dtex).

Superior twist package quality Individual take-up and traverse motion at each production unit, universally applicable, optimal machine utilization, electronically controlled angle of cross for antipatterning. Pneumatically controlled pressure during package build for excellent twist package quality and highest productivity in follow-up processes. High production flexibility The assembling device considerably expands the field of application of the Allma TCS and allows for new twist constructions according to the two-for-one principle.

High efficiency and low maintenance Energy consumption on the Allma TCS is significantly reduced thanks to the energy-optimised spindle motor and the slim thread balloon due to the height adjustable balloon thread guide. Regreasable spindle motors allow for a long service life. The robust construction and high-quality components ensure a long machine life requiring a minimum of maintenance on your Allma TCS. Operator-friendliness Details such as package deposit and PreciTail® provide high operating convenience and thus reduced operating times.

Assembling device (additional device) For asymmetrical and symmetrical multi-ply twist constructions, cross-wound packages are economically produced according to the two-for-one principle. On the Allma TCS up to 6 individual threads can be single-twisted and assembly-wound onto a package. The cylindrical cross-wound package is then fed to the Allma TCS spindle and finaltwisted.

Suction of hot air (additional device) Extraction of heat from the spindle area provides optimised climate thus ensuring high-quality yarns. A positive side effect of this is a reduced noise level. The Allma TCS design allows for a considerably reduced air-conditioning system. Noise abatement (additional device) Noise-absorbent mats for considerably reducing the noise level.

Allma TCS-P – High-quality precision winding

Precision winding on Allma TCS-P (additional device) So far twist packages have been wound in random winding via a friction drive, which does not always represent the visually optimum product for sales twisters. For customers who make great demands on unwinding properties in further processing, there is now another reason to decide in favour of the Allma TCS. The newly developed winding system enables twist packages to be wound with precision winding in an excellent quality. The thus obtained packages convince every twister by their compact form, their high density, and their exact edge formation. Increased twist package weights Depending on the material, twist package weights are 10 to 15 % higher. Enhanced further processing properties Precision-wound twist packages on Allma TCS-P allow for high unwinding speed in the weaving process and quick package rotation in further processing (e.g. in hose fabrication). Fibre-friendly twisting position Delicate materials such as aramid can be very gently processed. Increased productivity Twist packages of up to 15 kg drasticallly reduce your handling requirements. The production of your machines is significantly increased thanks to reduced lap formation. The finished twist packages are automatically transported via a conveyor belt from the twisting position to the machine end. Minimum waste Exact running lengths reduce your waste to a minimum enabling you to save expensive material costs.

Allma TCS – a worldwide standard for product safety and high performance Allma is the worldwide market leader for technical two-forone twisters which allow you to transform technical fabrics and yarns from single and plied yarns as well as high-performance cords into marketable products according to your requirements. The Allma TCS-ML with independently operating machine sides and large supply package sizes offers the user maximum flexibility in production. Even the most sensitive materials such as aramids and rayon allow trouble-free processing. Due to the winding with individually controlled crossing angle and touch pressure, an excellent twist package quality is obtained. Remote diagnostics, interface for production data acquisition, modular noise abatement system, etc. can be supplied as optional devices and thus extend the application range of the machine. The Allma TCS-MLP with precision winding ensures twist packages of superior quality.
