Polyamide, polyester and also rayon and aramid can be produced more cost-effectively and with consistently high quality values on Allma cabling machines. Innovative market in motion Based on a consequent development, and this in close cooperation with reputed yarn and tire manufacturers, we offer a cabling machine covering the entire textile, raw material and yarn count ranges in tires and even more. Compared with ring twisting and combined processes, cabling offers the principal advantage of processing the tire cord in one single process. Allrounder machine with individual configuration, specific for your application Filament yarns are mostly twisted to symmetrical 2-ply cords and are used in the tire carcass. For processing filament yarns made of PA, PES, PES-HMLS, CV (rayon), AR, PEN and Lyocell in a count range from 940 dtex to 2520 dtex, you will get your CableCorder Allma CC3 exactly as you require it.

Flexibility The Allma CC3 in its combined version is the ideal machine for cabling symmetrical 2-ply tire cord and for producing single yarns as well as symmetrical and asymmetrical 2-ply and 3-ply yarns. In this version, delivery speeds are infinitely variable up to 120 m/min. Two completely independently controlled machine sides underline the flexibility of the Allma CC3.
Constant yarn and package quality thanks to completely reproducible production data Your customers want to rely on the agreed twisting and winding quality. Therefore, you can easily and centrally set and save all production data on the Allma CC3 screen. Thus each lot can be reproduced with identical quality at any time. Furthermore you can save any desired number of lots and transfer the data from one Allma CC3 to another.
Cooling of the electronic system The Allma CC3 can be equipped with optional 2 air/water heat exchangers for cooling the electronic control cabinets. Alternatively, air/refrigerant heat exchangers can be used. Controlled machine stop Controlled machine stop and restart in case of power failure through the use of an uninterrupted power supply UPS (additional device). No productivity loss, no quality loss.

High process reliability Online monitoring of the yarn tension (EasyGuard) at every twisting position ensures maximum product quality at any time. High precision The Allma CC3 spindle yarn tensioner works highly precisely thanks to capstan system. Settings are reproducible at any time and can be quickly and easily transferred to all spindles.

High efficiency The energy-optimised spindle motor and the slim thread balloon in combination with the fully enclosed spindle pot result in an energy consumption of the Allma CC3 which is considerably lower than that of its competitors. The enclosed spindle pot also allows for reduced yarn breakage rates.
High material flexibility The Allma CC3 is the only cabling and two-for-one twisting machine in the world market which is acknowledged for processing aramid and rayon. Top yarn quality is made possible by optimised surfaces, specially-treated yarn guiding elements and ingenious machine design.
Low maintenance requirements Regreasable Cord Regulator and spindle motors ensure a long service life. The solid machine design and high-quality components provide a long machine life of the Allma CC3 with minimum maintenance requirements.
User friendliness Loading edge of the flap makes loading of the spindle pot package much easier.
Low waste Constant and independent monitoring of spindle speed, winding speed and produced cord length at every spindle ensures high package quality and minimises waste also in subsequent processes.

CordGuard (additional device) The CordGuard measures the total yarn tension, recognises yarn breakages, continuously monitors the twisting process, detects mechanical defects at the spindle yarn tensioner, Cord Regulator and capstan as well as threading errors of the operator and unwinding problems at the feed packages. Hi-Lo creel (additional device) For an ergonomically optimal loading position. Suction of hot air (additional device) Extraction of heat from the spindle area provides optimised climate thus ensuring high-quality yarns. A positive side effect of this is a reduced noise level. The Allma CC3 design allows for a considerably reduced air-conditioning system. Noise abatement (additional device) Noise-absorbent mats for considerably reducing the noise level.
Two-for-one package (additional device) The newly designed two-for-one package permits processing of single yarns as well as symmetrical and asymmetrical 2-ply and 3-ply yarns.
