The Allma CC4 is the answer to increasing energy costs. The new Allma CC4 offers tire cord manufacturers enormous, even revolutionary production cost savings together with further quality improvement. Depending on the yarn count and the spindle type, energy costs can be reduced by up to 50 % compared to the current models. And at the same time, the heat load in the production area is reduced accordingly.

Energy costs have seen a steady rise over the years and energy will become even more expensive in the future! What does the ongoing rise of energy costs mean for the production of tire cord? The manufacturing of tire cord is a very energy-intensive process along the entire production chain. Energy costs are the greatest cost pool when considering the twisting costs. Energy costs amount to up to 50 % in plants that are not depreciated, and to 80 % in amortised plants. This raises the decisive question of whether we can really continue to afford such an energy balance. Tire cord producers are put under constant cost pressure, and in addition we are forced to use natural resources sparingly.
