Air Interlacing Draw-twisting/-winding Heberlein庐 SlideJet-DT15-2 Proven jet concept with significant improvements for the interlacing of flat yarns The basic principle of the successful SlideJet system is retained in the new SlideJet-DT15-2: Modular system with a single housing type for all jet inserts. Precision opening/closing mechanism for highest operational security. Use of highest grade ceramic gives high wear resistance and long useful life.
Significant new improvements include jet operation, service and jet identification: The jet insert is latched into or removed from the housing by means of a push button and using no tools . Jet plates are themselves fastened on to the slider base using a bayonet lock without screws. This results in simple and quick changes of the jet plate. The new jet insert can be fitted in the old housing and the old jet inserts in the new housing, retaining forwarding and retarding compatibility. The colour of the slider base can be selected freely for easy recognition of jet plates. Custom engineered range of jet plates see reverse side.
