Comling Air Interlacing Jets Air Covering Heberlein庐 SlideJet-HFP15-2 The unique SlideJet HFP15-2 with new cutting edge jet plates for best interlacing with lowest air consumption The basic principle of the successful SlideJet system is also realised in the new SlideJet-HFP15-2. There is a new improved operation, a simpler service and a clear jet identification: Exchange of jet plate by pressing a button. The slider with jet plate is clicked into and out of the housing by a button without any tool. Jet plate connected with the slider by bayonet fastener, requiring no screws. Compatibility of new and old jet plates in old and new housings. Simple jet plate identification using 7 freely selectable slider colours. Cleaning of the complete jet by spraying/ washing; cleaning of the jet plate and slider in the ultrasonic bath. Cutting edge jet plate assortment: New series: P142-2, P143-2, P243-2, P244-2, P246-2 and P247-2 for very regular interlacing with maximum knot count up to 1000 m/min processing speed. Regular interlacing even at low air pressure that saves energy and protects the yarns. Proven series: P212-2, P213-2, P312-2, P412-2 with vortex chamber, for especially high knot stability. For all combinations of elastane with textured and staple fibre yarns up to 700 m/min.
