Air Interlacing Plied yarn packages Heberlein® BCF-Jet The optimum jet for interlacing single and especially assembly wound heavy yarns In the field of composite yarns there are no frontiers as far as creativity is concerned. Therefore all available flat or textured nylon, polyester, polypropylene, glass and mineral yarns can be interlaced together or in combinations, using the BCF-Jet covering a very large range of yarn counts. The BCF-Jet distinguishes itself through especially homogeneous blending of the yarns and thus also its colors. Just as with the range of yarns, the applications are also manifold: – – – –

Curtains and drapes Furnishings Carpets Technical textiles

The most effective jet with optimum air consumption can be selected from four jets with different outputs depending upon the yarn count. The use of high grade ceramic for the cover plate guarantees a long useful life. The BCF-Jet can be used on all suitably equipped machines. As an option the jet can be supplied with a complete yarn guiding arrangement.
