Air Interlacing DTY False-Twist Texturing Heberlein庐 SlideJet-FT15-2 patented The unique SlideJet-FT15-2 with new cutting edge jet plates for best interlacing at lowest air consumption The basic principle of the successful SlideJet system is also followed in the new SlideJet -FT15-2. The improved operation is new, as well as simplified service and a clear jet identification: Exchange of jet plates by the press of a button. The slider with jet plate is locked into the housing and unlocked without tools. Jet plates connected to the slider by bayonet locking and no screws. Compatibility of new and old jet plates in the old and new housings. Simple jet plate identification using 7 freelly selectable slider colours. Cleaning of the complete jet by spray washing; cleaning of jet plates together with sliders by ultrasonic bath. Cutting edge jet plate range: New P142-2, P143-2, P243-2, P244-2, P246-2 and P247-2 series for extremely regular interlacing with maximum knot count at up to 1200 m/min yarn speed. High as well as low interlacing stabilities are possible depending on air pressure and overfeed. Regular interlacing even at low air pressure that saves energy and protects the yarn, the best preconditions for interlacing microfilament yarns. Proven P212-2, P213-2, P312-2, P412-2 series with vortex chamber, for less but highly stable knots and P310-2, P410-2 series for interlacing with lowest possible knot count.
