Air Interlacing Spin-draw texturing Heberlein庐 PolyJet-BCF TopAir The performance optimised jet series for interlacing BCF yarns in the spin-draw texturing process TopAir innovation: The jet has an additional indirect air stream working from above besides the normal, almost vertical air stream from below. This forwards and centres the yarn and works as an additional twist assistant or as a twist amplifier. Both air streams can be set to different pressures. In the best case both air streams work together to achieve a maximum interlacing performance with minimum air consumption. The high precision jet produces thus a large number of equal, strong interlacing knots without faulty places at significantly lower air consumption and with a larger denier range than before. The two part design with threding-up slit, no moving parts, in full ceramic, guarantees long life and a high measure of user friendliness. Stringing by means of a suction gun is straight forward. When the yarn is placed in the guides, the jet is self-stringing as a result of the slot in the jet and the yarn is thus placed automatically into the correct position. Can be fitted to all existing BCF spindraw texturing machines. Suitable for polyester, nylon and polypropylene.
