Air Interlacing Spin-draw Process Heberlein庐 PolyJet-TG TopAir The new range of jets for interlacing technical filament yarns in the spin-draw process optimised for performance TopAir Innovation: Besides the usual, almost vertical air stream from below, the jet has an additional angled air stream working from above. This forwards and centres the yarn and works as an additional torque assistant or as a twist amplifier. By this means the high precision jet produces a large number of regular, tight knots without any gaps at a significantly lower consumption of air for a larger yarn count range than previously possible. The two-part design with stringing slot and no moving parts made from full ceramic guarantees a long useful life and a high degree of user-friendliness. The package build at the spinning machine is improved through the air interlacing by PolyJet and in the following processes by better package unwinding even at very high unwinding speeds. Stringing by means of a suction device is straight forward. When the yarns are placed in the guides the jet is selfsstringing and the yarn is automatically positioned correctly. Can be fitted to all known spinning machines. Suitable for polyester, nylon and polypropylene.
