Free selection of coloured jet holder for identification in the spinning line, which increases production security. Simplified service and cleaning. Very compact design for narrow threadline spacing. PolyJet-TG-2 HN The proven PolyJet-TG-2 HN ensures an improved package build from the spinning machine and package unwinding free of faults in the following process. PolyJet-TG-2 HN TopAir For highest interlacing performance. The additional air stream induces a large number of uniform, strong interlacing knots. At the same time a reduced air consumption, since each jet can process a heavier yarn. Alternatively an optimum performance is achieved at a lower working pressure. Protection of the yarn is at a maximum thanks to the generation of an air cushion. PolyJet-TG-2 PP Intermingled filaments in place of visible knots. For all applications, in which the interlacing knots should remain invisible. New jet plates made from high grade ceramic to give a long useful life.
