Air Interlacing Spin-Draw-Texturing Heberlein庐 PolyJet-BCF-2 TopAir Unique, flexible jet modules for air interlacing BCF yarns in the Spindraw-texturing process The new PolyJet-2 jet concept enables jets of various sizes and interlacing character to be exchanged on the same holder.This triggers a quick reaction to changing market trends. What is new is the transfer of the innovative TopAir technology for highest interlacing performance into the PolyJet-2 design. The additional air stream generates a large number of uniform, strong interlacing knots without faulty segments in the yarn. A simultaneous reduction in air consumption, since each jet can process heavier yarn counts or achieve its optimum performance even at lower air pressure. Main and top air supplies can be set independently of each other.

Can be installed in all BCF Spin-drawtexturing machines. Gentle yarn treatment thanks to the air cushion that forms. Uncomplicated threading from the front. Already prepared for machines with automatic threading. Protection of the high grade ceramic plates in a special jet housing. Free selection of coloured jet holder for identification in the spinning line, which increases production security. Simplified service and cleaning. Very compact design for narrow threadline spacing.
