Taslan-Air Texturing Heberlein® TexJet-ATY Guidance to a new era of ATY production The Heberlein® TexJet-ATY represents efficient, high quality air texturing. The practical benefits are higher speed, longer periods in between cleaning cycles, improved yarn quality and a process window from very fine to compact yarns. Air Texturing The objective of air texturing is an increased volume of the yarn, but also the blending of several yarns with different characteristics. Area of Application Suitable for air texturing of filament yarns such as polyester, polyamide and polypropylene and the creation of high quality slub and fancy yarns. Product Benefits Consistently high texturing quality, outstanding positional uniformity and thread path stability for speeds up to 1'200 m/ min. Clearly measurable improvements in quality are possible at common texturing speeds. Depending on the yarn, the cleaning cycles extends from 2 up to 10 times plus. The shock-proof jet, with fully protected ceramic parts, is constructed to withstand very rough conditions and handling. The housing is made of stainless steel with original Viton® (FPM) sealing. The clips on the TexHead are available in seven different colours. The lasered type and traceability code ensure a clear distinction. The integrated filter protects the air channels from blockages and damages, while balancing the air stream.

The Heberlein® TexJet-ATY is suitable for all types of air jet texturing machines on the market. The jet is universally usable, therefore left and right versions are redundant. Handling Auto alignment for jet and deflector pin, jet and yarn guide. Due to the fixed presettings, controls or readjustments are omitted. The jet offers improved threading through the shortened design.

1) Indicative values: Depending on the properties of the feeder yarns and the required air jet textured yarn properties (den = 0,9 x dtex). For optimal runnability at high speeds core and effect overfeeds should not add up to more than 45%. 2) Under standard conditions according to DIN 1343: Temperature = 0° C; Pressure = 1,01325 bar; Relative humidity = 0% (1 standard cubic meter = 1,293 kg, psi = 14,7 x bar, CFM = 0,588 x m3/h) In the case of locations at more than 1‘000 m above sea level please ask, pe = pressure above atmospheric [bar]
