Drawing Technical embroidery drawings can be produced easily, quickly and accurately from a scanned manual sketch or piece of embroidery. The finished drawing can be plotted, stored on a floppy or archived in the system. As soon as the drawing has been completed, the drawing data are available in the punching program. Punching You can punch using powerful automatic functions directly from the scanned image, you can transfer your drawing data directly or you can digitize from a template and thus create, within the shortest possible time, a design which can be produced on any machine. Powerful macros increase your productivity. Parts of existing designs can be combined to form new creations. The fully tried and tested punching software guarantees embroidery of the highest quality. Visualizing Visualize your designs showing real yarn colours and backcloth fabrics, such as sequins and soutache (spangle and cord), originated by drawing, punching and SHC. Production optimization Our automatic, integrated embroidery data optimzers ensure optimum productivity and the highest embroidery quality. Arrange your designs by job and convert them into the required machine format. A high-performance stitch editor with 3D display is available to carry out corrections. To minimise changeover times, the yarn-related machine parameters for Pentacut and ActiFeed can at this stage already be allocated to the design. Thereafter the design is simply «dragged» to the embroidery machine for production. Analysis Visualise the productivity of your embroidery machines in accordance with your own requirements using the operating data supplied and thus optimise the production process. Operating data and design information can also be provided for external analysis. Archiving Save your designs in a clear overview showing the corresponding template, information and machine settings on all current data media.
