From Monday October 3rd to Wednesday October 5th, the first official Chefs Assembly from EPCAS (European Party Caterer Association) takes place in Berlin, Germany. Together with EPCAS member Matthias Retzki from Culpepper Event and Jochem Sneep from Cuise, we have composed an inspiring and culinary programme. Besides focusing on everything culinary Berlin has to offer, the Chefs Assembly will revolve around the theme ‘What’s your signature (dish)?’.
