Recommendations • Definitely try to book Photo Fun Booth again, they were great, so easy to work with, and the students loved the pictures. • MORE MARKETING and not just table tents. Possibly reaching out to Greek life. Also, ensuring B4AB gets in Leaders Listserv. Recommendations Used from Last Year • Increase collaboration with Union Productions (i.e. entertainment from local bands) and look for opportunities for co-sponsorships o This spring, we created a Big Fridays committee so B4AB and UP could have better communication. We have had problems with shows getting out thirty minutes before B4AB opens, and we miss a lot of students. I did not really collaborate with them to get any entertainment because I primarily booked 2Smoove and a band I had experience with through DM. • Do not program event on certain nights that are not guaranteed to have larger attendance and instead schedule during a “real” Big Friday (i.e. Spring Fling) o Again, we created the committee and tried to pick dates where there would be high attendance. • Look for marketing and publicity from past as a guide and use new methods (i.e. press releases, stall stories, etc.) o I ordered promotional items for next year: mints and a key chain that has utensils in it. We also ordered magnets that will have all the big Friday dates on it and both the Union logo and the B4AB logo. I definitely want to expand from just doing table tents next year and focus on posters in the residence halls.

Do not utilize yard signs as they get stolen o So did table tents Ensure RAs are posting flyers in residence halls o Need to do this next year and revamp the marketing campaign Increase social media presence, including getting more students to like the B4AB Facebook page o We tweeted from the SAC account and also posted on Facebook. The B4AB Facebook page does not get a lot of traffic or people who have liked it. I think twitter and Facebook through the SAC is more helpful.
Conclusion B4AB continues to be a popular event at Florida State University with over 2,400 students attending in the Fall 2013 semester and over 1,600 students in the Spring 2014 semester. Of the students who attended B4AB in the Fall and Spring semester, 42% were surveyed. Most students (45%) indicated “Hungry/Cheap Food” as their reason for attending. A majority of the respondents (34%) cited “Breakfast for A Buck” as the activity that they find most interesting. The majority (79%) stated that they would attend B4AB in the future. When asked if they though participating in B4AB reduced student drinking of alcoholic beverages during those Big Fridays, 29 percent of students responded affirmatively with 38 percent stating maybe. Programming B4AB would not be possible without the collaborative efforts and funding of the Office of the Provost, Student Government Association, Student Activities, Union Productions, and Seminole Dining. The evaluation data collected throughout the fyear will help increase satisfaction levels and inform future B4AB programming. Breakfast for a Buck continues to be a strong tradition for students at Florida State University. Appendix- Demographics:
