Glass Ceiling Track
While the term glass ceiling is a metaphor used to represent an invisible barrier that prevents a given demographic from rising beyond a certain level in a hierarchy, attendees of the 2022 ODA Annual Session will have a difficult time believing any of these highlighted speakers are in any way limited. The goal of this track, featured over all three days of the conference, is to showcase compelling female speakers who are not only considered to be experts in their fields, but who navigate the roles of academics, entrepreneurship, practice management, and clinical dentistry. While this track features phenomenal women, attendance is certainly not limited to them. Every gender is welcome to celebrate, share and learn from these excellent thought leaders.
