Judy Bendit, RDH, BS
As the daughter of a dentist, Judy Bendit was born and raised in a dental office. She has over 45 years of experience in dentistry as a clinician, author and speaker. She serves on the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she is active with the alumni board. She also serves on the advisory board for the dental hygiene program at Palm Beach State College. Judy is a member of the CAMBRA coalition, American Academy of Cariology, and American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Oral Health. She is a longstanding member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Judy has been listed in Dentistry Today as a top speaker for over a decade. Before the pandemic, she enjoyed volunteering as a clinician both at home and abroad.

Ashleigh Briody, DDS, MS
Dr. Ashleigh Briody is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her DDS from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans and completed her residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology at The Ohio State University where she earned a certificate and master’s degree. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Briody currently practices oral pathology in a private dermatology practice in Westerville, OH. The scope of her practice includes seeing patients clinically, diagnosing and managing oral disease, performing biopsies, CO2 laser ablation, and reading the tissue microscopically. Their practice also has a lab that accepts specimens from outside contributors including dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, ENTs, dermatologists, and others. Central Ohio CPR
Family owned and operated since 2006, Central Ohio CPR has grown into the area's largest training provider. Based out of Columbus, Ohio, they believe there is more to a class than a lecture and passing a test. Daniel Coleman, DMD, MS
Dr. Dan Coleman is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Post-doctoral Master of Science, specialty training and Board Certification in Periodontics. During his residency, Dr. Coleman was privileged to serve as Chief Resident. Dr. Coleman is a faculty member at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine where he serves as a clinical instructor and lecturer in the Department of Periodontology. Recently, Harvard and the American Academy of Periodontology awarded Dr. Coleman with recognition as its Outstanding Educator of 2019. This award was given in part because Dr. Coleman serves as a speaker nationally and internationally to teach on topics of periodontal health and disease; additionally, he has co-authored a dental textbook entitled, “NonSurgical Control of Periodontal Diseases” published in 2015 which is used in several dental programs to train new dentists. Among Dr. Coleman’s achievements, he was named one of Incisal Edge Magazine’s “Top 40 under 40” dentists nationwide. Aside from his

Harold L. Crossley, DDS, MS, PhD
Dr. Hal Crossley is Professor Emeritus at the University of Maryland Dental School. A native of Rhode Island, Dr. Crossley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in 1964. He was later awarded Master of Science (1970) and Doctorate degrees (1972) in Pharmacology. The University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore awarded Dr. Crossley his DDS degree in 1980. The liaison between the classroom and his part-time dental practice produced a practical approach to understanding the pharmacology of drugs used in the dental office. Other areas of expertise include the pharmacology of street drugs and chemical dependency. He serves on the Maryland State Dental Association’s Well-Being Committee, is an active member of Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, the American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, and an honorary member of the Thomas B. Hinman Dental Society. He was the recipient of the 2008 Gordon Christensen Lecturer Recognition award presented by the Chicago Dental Society and the recipient of the 2012 Award of Distinction presented by the Academy of Dentistry International for his efforts in Continuing Dental Education. He has been a consultant for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration and other law enforcement agencies since 1974. Drawing on this unique background, Dr. Crossley has become nationally and internationally recognized as an expert on street drugs and chemical dependency as well as the clinical pharmacology of dental drugs. Todd C. Davis, DDS
Dr. Todd Davis earned his DDS degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1989 after which he completed a two-year general practice residency. He maintains a comprehensive restorative practice in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to practicing, Dr. Davis enjoys teaching. He is on the visiting faculties of the L.D. Pankey Institute and Spear Education. He has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics including predictability in restorative care, functional esthetics, occlusion, TMD, practice management, case acceptance, and philosophy. He also facilitates small group learning in his office and throughout the country as well as doing one-on-one consulting in offices. Gina Dorfman, DDS
For almost two decades, Dr. Gina Dorfman has continually proved herself to be an innovative leader in the field of dentistry. As a dentist, practice owner, and entrepreneur, Dr. Dorfman has had the opportunity to engage with dental professionals across the country with the goal of helping them grow and thrive. Dr. Dorfman graduated from the University of Southern California in 1996, earning a degree in Biochemistry. She completed her dental training at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2000 and shortly after started her practice near Los Angeles, California. While starting a practice in a saturated market came with its own challenges, the practice grew tremendously over the years, expanding to several locations. Because of her experience running multiple practices and leading a big team, Dr. Dorfman developed a unique insight into how efficient practices organize and operate and how dental teams can work together to overcome obstacles and reach their goals. A recognized speaker and author, Dr. Dorfman is regularly invited to teach other dentists across the country. She has presented at multiple local and national dental meetings, such as the Townie Meeting and Practice on Fire Live. Recently, she’s had the honor to join the faculty at the Dental Success Network, a unique community dedicated to advanced learning and collaboration. Dr. Dorfman is also a frequent contributor to several industry blogs and is the host of Behind the Smiles Podcast which features the most disruptive and influential members of the dental community who are moving dentistry forward. Dr. Dorfman spends numerous hours in continuing education each year to further her dental expertise and is always on the cutting edge of technology. Her passion for creating systems and leveraging technology to streamline practice operations is what eventually led her to cofound YAPI, a paperless dental software company, where she is currently serving as the COO. When she is not working, Dr. Dorfman enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband Ken, their two children, Mila and Lenny, and their German Shephard named Axel. Anita Gohel, BDS, PhD
Dr. Anita Gohel is a clinical professor and program director of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and she is a board-certified diplomate of the American
Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology. Dr. Gohel received her BDS from Calcutta University in India, a PhD in Oral Biology, and a certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of Connecticut. She has given many presentations and continuing education courses at national and international meetings and has authored several articles and abstracts in national and international journals. She has served as a director and president of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology; as a commissioner for the ADA National Commission on Recognition of Dental Specialties and Certifying Boards and a member of the CODA Review Committee on Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Education. Paul Goodman, DMD
Dr. Paul Goodman is a practicing general dentist and the managing partner of a group practice with two locations along with his brother, Jeffrey, in Mercer County, NJ. Over the past 10 years, Dr. Goodman has acquired three dental practices and has transformed his father’s general practice into a dental group that employs multiple general dentists, specialists, and over 20 team members in two locations. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2002, Dr. Goodman pursued additional training at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. During his general practice residency and hospital fellowship, Dr. Goodman had the fortunate opportunity to learn how to place and restore dental implants. Dr. Goodman is also known as Dr. Nacho, and is the Founder of the Dental Nachos Facebook group dedicated to helping dentists and teams increase their success, happiness, and most of all, have more fun “dentisting.” Dr. Goodman lives in Center City, Philadelphia with his wife, Mary, and their two daughters, Daphne & Drew. They love all Philadelphia has to offer, especially the fantastic restaurant scene.

Betty Haberkamp, DDS
Dr. Betty Haberkamp is a 1984 Graduate of Case Western Reserve University and completed a General Practice Residency at Cleveland Metro General/Highlandview Hospital (currently Metro Health) in 1985. Since that time, she has served on the faculty at Marquette University, School of Dentistry and as an Asst. Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin before relocating to her home in Chicago. There she practiced general dentistry both in private practice and was Director of Special Patient Care for Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital. In 2011 she returned to Cleveland to join the faculty and practice at the Cleveland Clinic, and this is where her journey into sleep dentistry began. After taking many classes and treating hundreds of patients, she is currently a Diplomate in the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and now devotes almost half her practice to sleep dentistry. Since returning to Cleveland, she served as Program Director for the General Practice Residency at the Cleveland Clinic for seven years and continues to maintain her involvement as Associate Program Director. She has served on multiple committees and the Board of Trustees at the Greater Cleveland Dental Society (GCDS) and is currently serving the Ohio Dental Association (ODA) on the Dental Education and Licensure Committee.

Jeremy Horst Keeper, DDS, MS, PhD
Dr. Horst Keeper completed his dental and research doctorates as the first combined DDS/PhD program trainee at the University of Washington (UW). After this, he completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at UC San Francisco, and contributed to research in the Den Besten, Habelitz, and Sali labs. In his research he applies genomewide analyses to the bacteria that cause dental caries, to discover drugs and design diagnostics. His automated analyses rediscovered that a form of vitamin B decreases acid production by caries bacteria and sprouted many other leads. His computational analyses have also led to discoveries of genetic mechanisms for drug resistance for infectious diseases, biomineralization (bone and tooth development), and craniofacial birth defects. He also invented OraViz, a cloud-computing 3D dental imaging technology using equipment already in most dental clinics. Clinically he focuses on maximally effective minimally invasive techniques to stop dental caries and create an easy relationship to dentistry for children and people with special healthcare needs. Prior to residency he ran the UC San Diego free dental clinic, practiced with the UW Dental Fears Research team, and taught in the UW Dental Urgent Care Clinic. Dr. Horst recently chaired a committee to develop recommendations for the off-label use of silver diamine fluoride to stop dental caries. Presenting Courses: F29, F44
Kevin D. Huff, DDS, MAGD, DABOP
Dr. Kevin Huff is a practicing general dentist and Orofacial Pain Specialist from Dover, Ohio. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and he holds the status
of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and has earned the Academy’s coveted Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Award. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentistry and of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Huff holds or has held visiting faculty positions at the Case School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, OH, the Mercy Hospital GPR Program in Canton, OH, and Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ. He has presented various continuing dental education courses around the United States and in Canada on various topics about clinical practice and ethics in dentistry, risk management, orofacial pain, and compliance issues. Among his previous speaking engagements of notoriety are the Greater New York Dental Meeting, multiple state AGD Mastership Programs, the International Dental Congress, and the NCMIC Defense Attorney Symposium. Dr. Huff has authored refereed and non-refereed articles on various topics in oral health and serves as a reviewer for General Dentistry, has served as a consultant to the Ohio State Dental Board, and has served as the ViceChairman of the Ohio Dental Association’s Council for Dental Care Programs and Dental Practice and as Co-Chair for the Access to Care Committee of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. He served as a reviewer for the 2020 Report by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine, Temporomandibular Disorders: Priorities for Research and Care. Most recently, Dr. Huff published a textbook with Quintessence Books, Inc., The Art of Complete Denture Therapy for the General Practitioner.

Cassandra Kelly
Cassandra Kelly is a private coach to influential leaders, both corporate and political. She is a member of the Global Tech Panel, an international advisor, thought leader, speaker, and board director. Purnima Kumar, BDS, MS, PhD
Dr. Purnima Kumar is the William and Mary K. Najjar Endowed professor of Dentistry and Chair of the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine at the University of Michigan. She received her dental degree from Annamalai University in India, and her Masters in Periodontology and PhD in Molecular Microbiology from The Ohio State University. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) program. Dr. Kumar is the Principal Investigator of Oral Microbial Ecology Laboratory at the University of Michigan that is funded through the NIH, NCI, and oral healthcare industry. She has authored over 100 papers and book chapters and serves as the Co-Editor of Clinical Advances in Periodontics, and as Associate Editor of the Journal of Periodontology, Nature Scientific Reports and Microbiome. She is an active clinician, teacher, researcher, administrator, and mentor. She has mentored several pre-dental, dental, master’s, doctoral and post-doctoral students and junior faculty colleagues and has served on several grant review panels for the NIH. She serves as the Chair of the Continuing Education Oversight Committee for the AAP and is a member of the AAP’s Taskforce for Future Science. She is a member of the Council of Scientific Affairs of the ADA and is their official spokesperson on e-cigarettes and vaping. Dr. Kumar has served on various committees of IADR and is presently the VicePresident of the Periodontal Research Group. She also serves several taskforces for women in science, women in surgery and women in STEM. She also volunteers for groups that empower women such as Support the Girls and is a founding board member of the Indian Women’s Collaboration, a Columbus non-profit organization that serves to uplift, educate, and empower women in India and of Indian origin. Nathaniel Lawson, DMD, PhD
Dr. Nate Lawson is the Director of the Division of Biomaterials at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and the program director of the Biomaterials residency program. He graduated from UAB School of Dentistry in 2011 and obtained his PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2012. He has served as an investigator on over 75 clinical and laboratory research grants, and published over 200 peer reviewed articles, book chapters, and research abstracts. His research interests are the mechanical, optical, and biologic properties of dental materials and clinical evaluation of new dental materials. He was the 2016 recipient of the Stanford New Investigator Award and the 2017 Innovative Research Fellowship both from the American Dental Association. He serves on the American Dental Association Council of Scientific Affairs and is on the editorial board of The Journal of Adhesive Dentistry and Compendium. Paul Levi Jr., DMD
Dr. Paul Levi graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York in May 1962 and entered Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in September of the same year. After graduation from Tufts in 1966 he accepted a General Practice Residency (internship) in Burlington, VT. The internship furthered his interest in medicine and specifically in periodontology. He was allocated to the US Navy and served as an officer at Great Lakes Naval Training Center in North Chicago, Illinois for two years, where, because of his Tufts training, Dr. Levi was assigned to be the periodontist for the recruits. While in Chicago, he met and married Patty J. Nichol in 1968, and following two-years in the Navy, they moved to the Boston, Massachusetts area where he completed postdoctoral periodontal training at Tufts under the mentorship of Dr. Irving Glickman. At the completion of his specialty training in 1971, Dr. Levi practiced periodontology in Burlington, Vermont for 49 years. He began teaching dental school at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1994 and at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2003. He retired from private practice in September of 2019, and presently teaches, lectures, and does research at Harvard and Tufts. To Dr. Levi, dentistry and specifically periodontics is not only a profession but a hobby. He has always been very active in periodontics locally, nationally, and internationally, and he spent a year in Barcelona teaching at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and until the Covid pandemic occurred, continued to teach there twice a year. Judy McIntyre, DMD, MS
Dr. Judy McIntyre attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and subsequently obtained a coveted endodontics residency position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Alongside renowned researchers in the field of endodontics, traumatology and pediatric dentistry, her research regarding traumatic dental injuries has been published in numerous professional journals. Dr. McIntyre opened Hopkinton Endodontics in 2016. She enjoys serving on the AAE Board of Directors currently and has enjoyed past participation in the ADA, as well as the Massachusetts Dental Society. Christopher A. Moore, MA
Chris Moore currently serves as director of dental services for the Ohio Dental Association. He has served at the ODA for 33 years and currently administers the association's third-party payer, peer review, dental practice, and regulatory compliance programs. Shannon Nanne, RDH
Serving as the Executive Director of The Global Oral Cancer Forum since 2016, Shannon Nanne helps promote the changes required for a substantial impact on incidence, morbidity, and mortality of oral cancer worldwide educating health professionals globally. Shannon graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1994. She has authored articles in RDH, JPH, In Focus and Dimensions of Dental Hygiene, and is a Key Opinion Leader for several companies, publications and
associations and an ambassador with The Oral Cancer Foundation.

Matt Nejad, DDS
Dr. Matt Nejad is an expert biomimetic and esthetic dentist practicing in Beverly Hills, CA. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry and serves as a scientific advisor to mentor and train dentists. He provides education and training in Biomimetic Dentistry through the Nejad Institute for Biomimetic Dentistry. Dr. Nejad received his DDS degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry (University of Southern California School of Dentistry) in 2010. As a student, Dr. Nejad was mentored in a selective program run by Dr. Pascal Magne, known globally as the leading authority in esthetic dentistry and credited as the “father” of biomimetic dentistry. Keith Norwalk, DDS
Dr. Norwalk received his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. He maintains a private practice in Genoa, Ohio, and has been teaching in some dental capacity for over 45 years. He has taught assistants, hygienists, EFDA training (hygienists and CDAs) and presently is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Case Western Reserve University in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Department (Residency Program). He has served on the Advisory Board of ODEFA (Ohio’s EFDAs organization) and is an Adjunct Faculty member of Owens Community College Department of Dental Hygiene. He has placed and restored implants in his practice since 1969 and holds Masterships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics. He is past president of the Toledo Dental Society and has served at the ODA level on the Councils of Dental Education and Licensure and Dental Care Programs and Dental Practice. In 2006, he received the Marvin Fisk Humanitarian Award from the Ohio Dental Association (ODA). David J. Owsiany, JD
David Owsiany has served as executive director of the Ohio Dental Association since 2002. He previously served as director of legislative and legal services for the ODA, was a clerk to Justice Robert W. Cook of the Illinois Appellate Court, worked for the staff of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and was president of the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions. He is an honorary member of the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Mr. Owsiany earned his BA degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his JD degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Thomas M. Paumier, DDS
Dr. Tom Paumier is a cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry class of 1987 and completed a GPR at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. He has been in private practice in Canton, Ohio since 1988. He is on the faculty of the Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital GPR in Canton and is a Fellow in the International and American College of Dentists. He was a member of the ADA and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons expert panels who wrote the Clinical Practice Guidelines and Appropriate Use Criteria for Antibiotic Prophylaxis for Prosthetic Joint Patients. He also was a co-author of the ADA Clinical Practice Guideline for Appropriate Antibiotic Use for Odontogenic Infections and was the 2019 recipient of the ADA Evidence Based Dentistry Clinical Practice Award. He was one of six dentists appointed to the ADA Dental Practice Recovery Task Force during the COVID-19 Pandemic. He regularly lectures to dental residents and students at Case School of Dental Medicine and NYU Langone Medical Center. Amrita Patel, DDS
Dr. Amrita Patel graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and completed her residency in general dentistry at the Nassau University Medical Center, a State University of New York at Stony Brookaffiliated hospital. In 2021 she was recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA) as a
10 Under 10 Award honoree recognizing dentistry rising stars – dentists who are making an impact on the profession less than 10 years after graduating from dental school.

J.C. Resnick, DDS
Dr. Jay Resnick is a 1972 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Immediately after graduation, he completed a GPR at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Cleveland. After 47 years in private practice, he retired in 2020, accepting a faculty position at the School of Dental Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. He now serves as associate professor of comprehensive care and is the pre-doctoral implant training coordinator. Larry J. Sangrik, DDS
Dr. Larry Sangrik is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and has practiced general dentistry in his hometown of Chardon, Ohio since 1979. Active in organized dentistry, Dr. Sangrik has long held numerous positions at the local and state levels. He has also served as a consultant to the Ohio State Dental Board on a task force concerning the use of oral sedation. A nationallyrecognized lecturer, he has also been published in several dental publications on the topics of medical emergencies and dental fear. Dr. Sangrik maintains a full-time general practice with an emphasis on the treatment of apprehensive patients with intravenous sedation.

Mehrdad Safavian, DDS
Dr. Safavian is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Since beginning his practice, Dr. Safavian has placed an emphasis on laser treatment, aesthetic dentistry, and oral surgery. He has received awards and certifications for design and placement of dentures, supported implants and creating a high-quality patient experience. Dr. Safavian is an active member of the Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Columbus Dental Society. Dr. Safavians’ wife, Selma, is an OSU graduate and dental hygienist. They reside in the Dublin, Ohio area with their two sons.

Roy Shelburne, DDS
Dr. Roy Shelburne graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Biology and Religious Studies in 1977. He went on to graduate with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Dental School and opened a private general practice in Pennington Gap, Virginia, in 1981. He and his family have served as short-term volunteer missionaries with the Baptist Medical Dental Missions International and on various Mission of Mercy projects in Virginia. In March 2008, he surrendered his dental license after being convicted of healthcare fraud, racketeering and money laundering and spent 19 months in Federal Prison and 2 months in a halfway house. Dr. Shelburne is a nationally known speaker/writer/ consultant and an American Dental Association Subject Matter Expert, President of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and Board Member of the Speaking Consulting Network who openly shares his mistakes, what he learned as a result, and how to avoid those career ending errors. “It is a wise man who learns from his mistakes, but a wiser man still that learns from another’s.”

Mindy J. Streem, DMD, MS, ABO
Dr. Mindy Streem is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and The American Dental Association. She is also a member of the Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. Mindy grew up in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from The University of Michigan Summa Cum Laude with both a degree in Voice Performance from the School of Music and a degree in Biology from the School of Literature, Sciences, and the Arts. Through her vocal training, she specialized in performing classical music and operatic arias in more than five different languages. Mindy performed the National Anthem at The University of Michigan’s commencement ceremony in
2001 on the 50-yard line at Michigan’s football stadium. Mindy attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM), which consisted of two years of training at Harvard Medical School and two years at the dental school. During this time, Mindy served as Vice President of Harvard School of Dental Medicine and as President of the school’s chapter of Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Mindy earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from HSDM in 2005. After graduating from Harvard, Mindy earned her Master of Science degree and certificate in Orthodontics at The University of Michigan in 2008. She practices with Dr. Stephan Parker in Mayfield Village, Ohio at Parker & Streem Orthodontics. Mindy’s husband, Dr. Jason Streem, is a Cleveland periodontist at Periodontal Associates.

Najia Usman, DDS
Dr. Najia Usman graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1995 with her DDS. After completing a one-year general practice residency at the Cleveland Clinic she furthered her interest in endodontics by completing a two-year endodontic residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University, Portland, Oregon in 2002. She was awarded her Diplomate Status by the American Board of Endodontics in 2009. Dr. Usman has been in private practice since 2002. Though she practices fullscope endodontics, she has cultivated an interest in the endodontic management of trauma, pediatrics and resorptive lesions. She has organized and lectured in dental trauma symposiums, and has lectured and clinically taught dental students, endodontic and pediatric residents. She has lectured nationally and locally to study clubs on topics such as Endo-Perio, Atypical Facial Pain, Regenerative Endodontics and Pulpal injuries after OroFacial Trauma. Thomas A. Viola, R.Ph., CCP
With over 30 years’ experience as a board-certified pharmacist, clinical educator, professional speaker and published author, Tom Viola, R.Ph., C.C.P. has earned his national and international reputation as the go-to specialist for making pharmacology practical and useful for all members of the dental team. Daniel H. Ward, DDS
Dr. Dan Ward was an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry for 13 years and has been in private practice in Columbus, Ohio for 40 years. He lectured at the Post-Graduate Program in Esthetic Dentistry at the University of Minnesota, SUNY Buffalo, UMKC, and the University of Florida and served as chief examiner. He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists, Fellow of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and an Associate Member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Ward has lectured extensively and has been invited to present before most major American meetings. In addition, he has addressed the International Aesthetic Congress in Istanbul, Turkey, and the UNAM International Congress in Mexico City.
