The entry office must be notified of all changes to riders and handlers to any Congress class no later than 12:00 noon the day before the first go of the class. Any horse/rider combination that differs from the official class list maintained by the Entry Office in Congress Hall will result in disqualification of the entry, both from the go-round and any finals in which it might have qualified.
