SUPERINTENDENT FR AN K CA RG ILL
The commission has never changed. God’s call remains as strong today as it was the first day that I was granted credentials. He has assigned Linda and I to follow His guidance and pursue His purpose with wreckless abandonment. We believe that we are living in the most exciting days of history and looking expectantly for the return of our Lord and Savior. Thank you, for the privilege of serving our Oklahoma Assemblies of God Family. We have been honored to serve alongside some of the greatest staff and team of leaders that could ever be assembled. Our in-house directors and administrative assistants are “first class” in every regard. They have carried our dreams and visions as we have attempted to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to us by this wonderful Oklahoma Fellowship. Words are not adequate to express the loyalty and cooperation that we have witnessed from our Executive Presbytery as well as our District Presbytery. Thank you, for placing Godly, anointed individuals around us for another year. When I say that God has blessed Oklahoma with the greatest group of leaders, I sincerely mean it from my heart! The year of 2019 has witnessed many advances for the cause of the Kingdom! This past year I attempted to represent Oklahoma through service to the General Council by serving on various committees, participated and attended General Presbytery meetings, General Council in Orlando, and served as a trustee on the Board of Evangel University. It has been my delight to continue service as a member of the board at American Indian College and Southwestern Assemblies of God University. I was honored to serve another year as Chairman of the Board of Regents at SAGU, our regional university located in Waxahachie, Texas. I have loved seeing the hand of God resting upon a new generation of leaders! Within our District, I have chaired numerous Executive Presbytery meetings, District Presbytery sessions, and offered guidance to our Oklahoma Assemblies of God Ministries Team. In addition to our annual schedule of Sectional Councils, District Council, Fall Ministry Tour, and District Minister’s Retreat. I have spent countless hours overseeing construction as The Dream has advanced toward becoming a reality!

Thank you, for those who have joined in believing that the “next generation” is worth our investment of time and treasure. The new splash pad (water feature) at camp has been completed. The F5-rated Storm Shelter is nearing completion. All of these efforts are possible because of the hundreds of individuals who have become Oklahoma Storm Chasers and because of the many churches who have given to demonstrate that We Love Campers. Linda and I want each member of the Oklahoma District to know that we love this Fellowship and are thankful that God has enabled us to serve you for yet another year. Time is flying by much too quickly but the harvest field has never been whiter. We continue to work – for we believe that the hour is quickly approaching when our God declares that time shall be no more. Even so – come quickly Lord Jesus! Honored to Serve, Frank and Linda Cargill, Pastor Oklahoma Assemblies of God Ministries
MISSIONS DA R R E N PI LCHER
It has been a beautiful experience for Michelle and me to serve our Oklahoma Assemblies of God family in this role as Missions Director and Executive Pastor. We both are so very thankful to have felt the blessing of partnering with you and, more specifically, our missionary family around the world. Our fellowship truly have some of the brightest and strategically placed global servants anywhere, and we are blessed to serve them. Oklahoma Assemblies of God continues to be a leading voice for world evangelism. Presently, our local churches are sending out 81 U.S. and World missionary units, representing nearly 30 countries and various ministry points, which include Teen Challenge centers and ministry to Native Americans. Also, our missions’ endeavors identify 19 chaplains that reach out to our prison systems and care facilities around the state. Thanks to our missionaries and the churches that send them, we are making a tremendous difference for the Kingdom of God, and our impact together is continuing to grow.
An additional responsibility is my continued oversight of Century Leadership. 2019 marked the seventh year of this leadership development initiative. Growing participation was represented at our annual conference and the three particular roundtables. Our Century Leadership guests included Sam Chand, Al Toledo, Skye Jethani, Phillip and Holly Wagner, Tony Morgan, and Margaret Feinberg. Appreciation also is extended to our Century Leadership Lead Team who served us so well last year: Rob McClure, Clint Smith, Kevin Conner, and Jayson Evans. Again, please know that Michelle and I have considered it a tremendous pleasure and honor of a lifetime to serve our Oklahoma Assemblies of God family, and have been immensely blessed by the numerous opportunities afforded to us by serving in this role. We extend our heartfelt thanks for your faithful support and friendship. By God’s strategic and generous grace, fruitful days are ahead, for His glory. Respectfully Submitted, Darren S. Pilcher Director of Missions and Executive Pastor
We give God all of the glory for the tremendous breakthroughs through the Oklahoma Arab World Initiative. As a result of this project (planting the church in three key Muslim cities), our very first Oklahoma career missionary arrived in that part of the world. Also, in light of that initiative, we continue to rejoice with the two church planting teams who are currently situated in the targeted cities. Thank you, Father, for sending and keeping your servants! Additionally, three new missionary associates made application for strategic assignment. The Lord of the Harvest continues to send forth laborers from among our Oklahoma family. The many Facetime and Skype meetings along with inperson connections and ministry visits with our missionary family this past year have been essential in knowing how to better serve our family of global servants. Special thanks to Robin Johnson, my Administrative Assistant, as she has represented our ministry so capably. Her authentic love for people and passion for missions show effectively in all of her responsibilities.

What an awesome God we serve!! We are so thankful for the opportunities that God has provided for the Church Ministries Department in 2019. Nyree and I are honored to be a part of the Oklahoma District Council by partnering together with incredible people to serve healthy ministers and build healthy ministries! We couldn’t do it without ministry partners across the state that tirelessly pursue God’s will for the church! We have had the opportunity to provide resources, training, and work to facilitate partnerships that help ministers and ministry to be healthy and effective. This does not happen without a great team of staff, volunteers, participants, supporters, and leaders who provide the encouragement and support needed to make these successful. We are deeply grateful to walk this path with the men and women of ministry! The Oklahoma School of Ministry has had a busy year training and developing leaders throughout the state who not only fill crucial staff positions but also serve as trained volunteers in their local church. By building a strong foundation through doctrine and ministry courses, these students have proven themselves to “rightly divide the word of truth” and develop strong leadership skills that will make a significant impact on the Kingdom! The Network of Women Ministers has been growing and expanding as well. Holding several events throughout the year has provided a connection through not only relationships but also the encouragement to fulfill the calling that God has placed on their lives. We are grateful for the many women who have dedicated themselves to the call of God and actively pursuing it in powerful and impactful ways! We supported building healthy ministries in the rural communities in our state by hosting a successful Rural Compassion event held at Stroud First Assembly. The Pastors and spouses that attended not only received rural specific training, they were given resources they would need to find entry points into their community. These pastors have reported some incredible stories about the impact of the event on their churches and communities!

Light for the Lost has been an integral part of the missions’ arm of the Church Ministries Department and Men’s Ministries. With strategic and passionate supporters of our Oklahoma missionaries from across the state, we have seen some incredible projects have exponential results. It is such an honor to join with our missionaries in accomplishing the work of the kingdom in the specific field to which they are called. Thank you to the many pastors and supporters who partnered with our missionaries through Light for the Lost! There are many more great reports that we could give, but will save them for the Committee Report. Regardless, we want to say thank you to each one for your support and love for us. Thank you to Kyler Clapp (Admin), Sherri Anderson (OSOM Admin), Mark and Nancy Fitzgerald (OSSOM), Martin and Janice Perryman (Senior Adult), and many others who serve on the various Church Ministries Committees. Each one is a valuable team member who serves with excellence! Nyree and I count it an honor to serve and look forward to all that is going to happen in 2020 and beyond. We believe that God has great plans for the Oklahoma District and count it an honor to be in the middle of His blessing. If we can do anything to serve or partner with you in your leadership role or local church, feel free to let us know. The best is yet to come! We are honored to serve! Chad and Nyree Brodrick Church Ministries Directors
WOMEN
S U SI E PU R KEY
2019 – Saw FRESH REVIVAL FIRE FALLING, District-wide among our women and women’s leaders. New interest in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit were birthed, as we taught another generation the Word of God and unlocked new potential, provocation and potency for God’s modern-day church through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit!
We will have plenty of room this year, to spread out and are not expecting ANY significant impact from the corona virus, on our September event. Additionally, we have placed, an unconditional, money-back guarantee, for ANY reason, up-until the day before Conference on our event, so our women can register without FEAR. We believe God will give us a window of opportunity, to have this meeting and are proceeding with FAITH over Fear.
Last September, a capacity crowd of 1007 people squeezed onto the grounds of our Daughters Conference Venue at Mustang ,The Bridge - making it a completely “SOLD OUT” ministry event. I had women offering to sit on the floor, if we would just let them in. Their excitement and hunger were astounding! It was our third time to have Daughters Conference at my home church and we all knew it would be the last - as we asked women to put their purses on the floor and to “scoot-in closer.” We saw 825 women baptized with the Holy Spirit and Fire, with the evidence of their personal prayer language. That’s about 80% of the crowd. Could it be – that 80% of our modernday church attendees are needing to be baptized with the Holy Spirit? That’s thought provoking…Hundreds pressed in to the altars weeping - seeking deliverance, direction and empowerment, rededicating their lives to God’s service. Words actually fail to describe the Holy Ground of times like these in ALL of our lives’ friends. We simply MUST have them. ALL Glory to God our Father! We had four generations of women represented in our seats, as was evidenced by one, young, twenty-something, who was called forward to receive a prize and brought her great-grandmother with her down the aisle! There was hardly a dry-eye in the house as they received a STANDING OVATION. (I kept record of their names.) Our women’s gatherings today look more multi-generational, multi-ethnic and multi-denominational than ever before, with scores of people coming from other denominational backgrounds and this was also the 3rd year of our fully-operational Bilingual Women’s Conference. Nearly 20% of our gathering were representative of our Hispanic Church communities from across the State of Oklahoma. We are very proud of this effort and want to encourage our Hermaña’s to continue to come to Daughters Conference! We are the Family of God! We are ALL DAUGHTERS OF THE KING - HIJAS del Rey!
The Women’s Department is going into year five, dedicating EVERY TUESDAY as “Prayer and Fasting Day across Oklahoma.” We are fasting Corporately and praying collectively for a vaccine/cure for COVID-19, our National, State and Civic Leaders, Spiritual Leaders, Cities, Homes and Families. We invite you to join us in asking God for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon all the above! It’s the only way FORWARD Friends. Thank you.
Currently, Registration is OPEN for this year’s 2020 bilingual Daughters Conference: September 11 – 12, 2020, with the beautiful theme: “DAUGHTERS WILL PROPHESY.” We have outgrown 2 facilities in 4 years and are now being “housed” (by the largest seating capacity) Church in the State, to accommodate our women - OKC, Crossroads Church.
Register now! @ OKAG.org/daughters
In 2019, Oklahoma ranked at the very Top in National AG District Women’s Mission’s Giving, operating on an annual budget of approximately $500,000 and giving back over $330,000 to Foreign and U.S. Missions, Women’s-related Ministries and Non-profits. Our Oklahoma District women are mighty powerhouses, that help to send Missionaries, sustain Teen Challenge Centers, provide monetarily for Child-Care Agencies; and countless other worthy financial endeavors throughout the year. I rarely have to tell a missionary “NO” and it’s because of YOU. Thank you to every church and individual who pledged and/or gave at our January LIFE RALLIES and to our L.I.F.E. Missionary Fund. “They can GO because we GIVE.” Thank you! It remains a high honor, to “Lead by Serving” every day in this office. I count it a “privilege” to help SEND Global Servants and to travel our State - presenting Ministry at Sectional Councils, local Women’s Events and Church services throughout the year. Thank you for your continued confidence. I am humbled and Blessed to have this opportunity in my life. Friends, if I can serve you or the women of your church in any way, please reach out to me at Susie.Purkey@okag.org. Respectfully Submitted, Susie Purkey Women’s Ministries Director

YOUTH HEATH C ORRA L E S
We are thankful for another wonderful year serving the churches and student ministries of the Oklahoma District this past year as District Youth Directors. We are seeing more and more buy into the culture of “We over Me”. We want to thank the ministers of the Oklahoma District for their support and allowing us the opportunity to share our heart for student ministry and missions in their pulpits. Our ministry consisted of church services, youth services, conventions, camps, rallies, retreats and STL Tour and services. We love the students of this generation and the youth pastors who lead them. The future is bright in Oklahoma. During this past year we have led the following District activities: Speed The Light Tour, SYNERGY One Days, PK Retreat, Bible Quiz, Fine Arts Festival, Convergence Youth Convention and Youth Pastor’s Retreat. We participated in many of the normal National Events such as DYD Conference, National STL Banquet, National Fine Arts and the SAGU Board of Regents and Spiritual saturation week. I appreciate the Youth Committee for their help and ideas in leading the student ministries of this state. We, also, want to thank Miriam Luginu for all of her hard work and dedication to the OYM team. I’m very thankful for my family: My six year old son, Lincoln, who is full of life and excitement. Then, of course, Alisha, my beautiful wife and best friend, who supports me and all of my ridiculous ideas. Alisha, Lincoln and I appreciate you, Brother Cargill and the District Leadership for giving us this opportunity to lead this great state. We look forward to what the Lord has in store for OYM and OKAG. Respectfully Submitted, Heath Corrales Youth Ministries Director

CHILDRE N DE A N G U T HRIE
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 3:13-14 In our walk with Christ it is very fitting to forget the things that are in our past and to look only toward the goals of our calling in Christ Jesus. However, after 10 years of being at the District Office and serving as Children’s Ministries Director, looking back is certainly something that we look fondly upon.
To Brother Cargill and the rest of the Oklahoma District team, words cannot accurately describe how much I love being a part of the team at 8701 N. Kelley. Every day is an adventure in the office, and I would not give anything in the world to be anywhere else! You guys are awesome! We look forward to what God has in store for us, as well as the future of Oklahoma Children’s Ministries. God Bless You and Keep You, Dean Guthrie Children’s Ministries Director
Thanks so much for the past 10 years! I am grateful for all of the ministries and district coordinators that make up the Oklahoma Children’s Ministries. OCM could not be what it is without the help of these outstanding individuals: District Royal Ranger Commander – Sid McCoy; District Girl’s Ministries Coordinator – Liz Moon; Junior Bible Quiz Coordinator – Steve Grisham; District BGMC Coordinator, Bev Robertson. Oklahoma Children’s Ministries Committee: Jaimee Tollefson, Sherry Stacy, Bethany Crow, Erin Ward, Andrew Wouters, Debra Wilson, Christina Cantrell, Richelle Wingo, D.J. Guthrie, Freeland Hise, Chris Dunn, Dana Ladyman, Crystal Hoover, Janay Roberts. Thanks so much for your thoughts, input and ideas throughout the year planning for camps and OCM events. Thank you to the pastors who have invited us to come and speak, attend, and lead kids crusades. We are so honored to have been asked to serve your churches. I’m very grateful that God has given me an incredible resource that is always available and on call. A huge thank you to my wife, Joy. Thanks for sticking by my side though this awesome journey! D.J. and Tori, what can I say? This past year we have seen the hand of God position you into your own places in ministry. We are so proud of the calling that both of you have accepted. We are so proud of you!
