Our December issue is a tribute to the people who make our cooperative what it is. We celebrate the teams that drive our cooperative to success and take pride in the faces and names that make our collective strength. While our trade involves the use of poles, wires and fibers, what sets us apart is our workforce which aligns with our member-owned business model. Our staff's dedication and talent amplify our capabilities, adding to the seamless operation of our cooperative. As our cooperative grows, it necessitates a larger workforce, and we have managed to preserve our culture and integrate new employees effectively. We are grateful for our employees' passion, which ensures that our work is not only done but is also done exceptionally well. They embody a sense of community and exhibit care for our members and subscribers, fortifying our special place in the industry. We are proud of our family-like atmosphere that shines brightest during the holidays. Our cooperative thrives because our employees genuinely care for each other, fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment. Our internal emphasis on employee care translates into exceptional service for our members, aligning with our core mission.
