App Users: Download the New MyOEC App

Beginning Sept. 1, OEC members and OEC Fiber subscribers have a new app to help manage electric and fiber accounts: MyOEC.

The new MyOEC mobile app replaces the SmartHub app — we recommend you delete the SmartHub app if you have it installed and only use the MyOEC app. The SmartHub app will continue to function, however it will will no longer perform software updates after Dec. 1, 2020.

MyOEC streamlines the information available to users. It includes hourly and daily consumption data for energy-conscious members, billing information, account management features (i.e. sign up for automatic bank draft, contact Member Services, etc.), a payment kiosk locator, outage map, notification settings and more.

You may also continue to make payments via e-check and credit/debit card via the MyOEC mobile app. Whether your service is with OEC and/or OEC Fiber, this one app puts all the information you need in one place. Download it now by searching "MyOEC" in your app store.
