Lorrie Morgan

'GOOD AS I WAS TO YOU'

She is undeniably one of the most eloquently emotive vocalists of modern times.

Lorrie Morgan, the first woman in her genre to begin her career with three consecutive Platinum albums, is back in the studio with award-winning producer Richard Landis, working on a new album. It is sure to be yet another collection showcasing the rainbow of emotions, from darkest heartache to bright, shiny humor, that is the hallmark of Morgan’s range.

Morgan is known for her lustrous vocal phrasing and the down-to-earth believability of her torchy performances. On records such as “A Picture of Me Without You" and "I Guess You Had to Be There," the ache is palpable. Ron Hays

Ron Hays is the Dean of Farm Broadcasters in the South Central US and has been recognized for excellence in serving farmers and ranchers in Oklahoma and surrounding states for more than 40 years. With his signature greeting —“Howdy, Neighbors”— Ron has been the voice and advocate for Oklahoma farmers and the agriculture industry since 1977.

AUCTION PROCEDURES

Silent Auction

Silent Auction items are located around the perimeter of the room and denoted under Marquis and Princess sections. Each section will be open for bidding beginning at 6:00 p.m.

To bid on Silent Auction items, simply write your bidder number and the bid amount on the bid sheet located by the item on the table. Be sure to note the minimum bid raise amount by which you must increase the bid of the previous bidder. Silent Auctions will close following the Live Auction. (See Schedule of Events)

Live Auction

Live Auction items are located at the front of the room, near the stage. To place a bid during the Live Auction, simply raise your hand or program.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

Live and Silent Auctions

Payment should be made for all purchases at the end of the evening.

Cashiers will assist each buyer personally, having all item receipts in bidder folders. Once all items have been paid in full, you may then collect your items, presenting your paid receipt to the table attendants who will assist in the collection of items.

AUCTION RULES

Each participant must register for a valid bidder number, which can be used for both Silent and Live Auctions.

Payment must be made before the end of the evening in the form of cash, check or card. Checks should be made payable to the Diamond Hats.

Purchaser must present paid receipt to collect the purchased item(s).

Arrangements for removal of items must be made by purchaser at his/her expense. All items must be removed by midnight on Saturday, September 23.

Failure to arrange for a trip, meal party, etc. within the time specified and according to any stated conditions and/or limitations imposes absolutely no obligation on the donor, the Diamond Hats or the Oklahoma Youth Expo.

All auction items are sold “as is” with no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties, except those which may be supplied by the donor or manufacturer.

Tax and gratuities are not included on gift certificates, unless stated otherwise.

The Diamond Hats reserve the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale.

Neither the Diamond Hats nor Oklahoma Youth Expo shall be liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is being held or in the removal of any items by the purchaser.

Auction purchases may be tax deductible to the extent of the price paid exceeds fair market value. Claiming is responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the IRS guidelines.

Live 1 | OYE Limited Edition Rifle #7 Henry Rifle
