BABY COT Please contact the reception. BANK The nearest bank and ATM is situated on the Place du Luxembourg/Luxemburgplein at only 200m away.
BIKE RENTAL The nearest Villo bike rental station is located at in front of the Train Station “BruxellesLuxembourg”. PIck up a bike in one station and drop it off at the other. Villo is an easy-to-use system that is available 24/7. To hire a bike, make sure you have your subscriber card or your 1 Day or 7 Day ticket. Tickets are available at stations equipped with a bank card reader terminal.

BUSINESS OFFICE A computer with free internet access is available in the lobby of the residence. For information and access code, please contact the reception. CHECK-IN Rooms are usually available as from 3.00PM. CHECK-OUT Your room is available until 12.00 am on your day of departure.

CREDIT CARD The residence accepts the following credit cards for payment of your invoice: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB. DRY CLEANING/LAUNDRY There is a same day dry cleaning and laundry service, Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays. Items handed to the reception before 9.00am will be returned by 7.00pm the same day. Please remember to fill out the form which you can find in your wardrobe. EMERGENCY In case of emergency, please dial 811.

ENVIRONMENT The residence focuses on the preservation of the environment and is continually working to improve its impact on the environment. A few tips that make a (green) world of a difference … Save water • Reduce the time you spend under the shower. • Do not keep water running when brushing your teeth but use a cup. • Check that all taps are closed before leaving the room.
Reduce and manage waste • Avoid buying water in plastic bottles. • Take a reusable bag with you when shopping in Brussels. • Sort waste in the appropriate bin. (only glasses). Save energy • Turn off your appliance (e.g. computer) rather than putting it on stand-by. • Remove the charger from the socket as soon as your mobile telephone, camera, etc. has been recharged. • An ambient temperature of less than 20°C is not only better for the environment but also for your health. Transport • Brussels offers plenty of opportunities for green travel (bus, tramway, underground and train). • Rent a bike. There are 180 Villo! stations available, located every 450m, so there is always one nearby. • Walking is a healthy way to get around Brussels and it keeps you in shape! FIRE INSTRUCTIONS Fire instructions are posted on the inside of your door. Please review them and find your nearest emergency exit. Use the stairs in case of an evacuation, do not use the elevators. Never ignore an alarm. We strongly advise against any source of open fire (e.g. candles, encense...) on the premises. When leaving your apartment, please check that the door is well closed. In case of an evacuation, please make sure you bring your key so that you can return to your room.

IRON & IRONING BOARD An iron and ironing board is available in the wardrobe of the entrance of your apartment. KEY CARD An electronic key system is in operation for guest security and peace of mind. When leaving your apartment, please check that the door is well closed. LAUNDRY ROOM There are washing- and drying machines at your disposal in the laundry rooms located at: Building U7, on level -2 Building U8, on level -2 Building U9, on level -3 LOST ITEMS Please contact the reception. LUGGAGE STORAGE A luggage storage is located in the lobby. MAINTENANCE Should a technical problem occur in your apartment during your stay, please contact the reception. MASSAGES The Livia Kova Beauty & Spa Centre is located in our premises and offer different spa and cosmetic treatments.
IPARKING The residence offers underground parking facilities. You have direct access from the parking to your apartment. Please contact reception for access and allocation of a parking space. POSTAGE Stamps are sold at reception. Mail is sent out daily. SAFETY For your own safety we ask you to be aware of the following: - The floors in your bathroom may be slippery, especially when they are wet. - The risk of falling out if windows and the door to your balcony are open. Pay special attention to children near open doors and windows. - Make sure the door to your apartment is closed and locked when you leave the room. We recommend that you lock your door from the inside when you stay in the room. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX An individual safety deposit box is available free of charge in your apartment. It works with a code. The residence is not responsible for valuables left in your room.
