Conditions, Rules and Regulations All prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed at time of booking event. All catered events are subject to 18% service charge on the total banquet amount. Optional gratuity not included. The Old World is not responsible for damage or loss of merchandise or articles left on our premises before, during or after the event. Any repair cost or replacement cost due to damages will be the responsibility of the Event Organizer. We serve only one drink per person at a time. Guests are required to have a valid California I.D. to be served alcohol. No rice, bird seed, fireworks, snow, confetti, hay bails or peanut shells are permitted. VENUE DEPOSITS Deposits for banquet rooms vary depending on venue, week day and time. Deposits are nonrefundable or transferable. PAYMENTS Balances are due 30 days prior to banquet date. Payments may be made in cash, by check or credit card. However, checks are only accepted 30 days before event. SECURITY Old World requires security for all social functions with a minimum of two security staff for events under 100 guests. Additional security for events over 100 guests require one guard per 50-75 guests, will be determined by Old World management. Current rate is $20.00 per hour per security staff member.

OLD WORLD STAFF ATTENDANT RENT ONLY functions require an Old World Attendant who will be present at your event. The cost is $25.00 per hour, and the attendant will be the point of contact throughout your event. REFUNDABLE CLEAN UP, DAMAGE AND MUSIC DEPOSIT A $500.00 refundable deposit is required for events booked in our Festival Hall and Patio/Gazebo venues. We allow a 30 minute clean up grace period at the conclusion of your event. Please contact Old World management after your event to receive your refundable deposit.

Banquet Solutions from 25 - 1000 Guests

MUSIC All music, bands, DJs, etc., are not allowed to be louder than 90 decibels. Volume will be monitored by the security staff. If our staff has to remind the DJ or Band more than three times to turn down the volume, your refundable security deposit will be forfeited. City regulations prohibit amplified music in the Patio/Gazebo area after dusk. LINEN White linen tablecloths and white paper napkins are provided by Old World catering for our buffets or sit down meals. Hors d’oeuvres do not include linen or white paper napkins. SPECIALTY CAKES We offer cakes for all occasions. When purchasing a cake through Old World Catering, cake cutting, paper plates, plastic forks and paper napkins are included. If you purchase a cake from Old World, but do not get a catering package with us or if you purchase your cake from an outside vendor, you are responsible for cutting the cake along with supplying paper plates, napkins and forks. CLEAN UP For catered functions at Old World, cleaning is included. For RENT ONLY functions, the Event Organizer is responsible for cleaning off all tables, taking down decorations and putting the trash in provided trash cans. We provide a 30-minute grace period. If you exceed 30 minutes, it will be an additional $100 per hour. CHILDREN Children must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed in the kitchen area.

PAYMENTS Balances are due 30 days prior to banquet date. Payments may be made in cash, by check or credit card. However, checks are only accepted 30 days before event. SECURITY Old World requires security for all social functions with a minimum of two security staff for events under 100 guests. Additional security for events over 100 guests require one guard per 50-75 guests, will be determined by Old World management. Current rate is $20.00 per hour per security staff member.

OLD WORLD STAFF ATTENDANT RENT ONLY functions require an Old World Attendant who will be present at your event. The cost is $25.00 per hour, and the attendant will be the point of contact throughout your event. REFUNDABLE CLEAN UP, DAMAGE AND MUSIC DEPOSIT A $500.00 refundable deposit is required for events booked in our Festival Hall and Patio/Gazebo venues. We allow a 30 minute clean up grace period at the conclusion of your event. Please contact Old World management after your event to receive your refundable deposit.

Banquet Solutions from 25 - 1000 Guests

MUSIC All music, bands, DJs, etc., are not allowed to be louder than 90 decibels. Volume will be monitored by the security staff. If our staff has to remind the DJ or Band more than three times to turn down the volume, your refundable security deposit will be forfeited. City regulations prohibit amplified music in the Patio/Gazebo area after dusk. LINEN White linen tablecloths and white paper napkins are provided by Old World catering for our buffets or sit down meals. Hors d’oeuvres do not include linen or white paper napkins. SPECIALTY CAKES We offer cakes for all occasions. When purchasing a cake through Old World Catering, cake cutting, paper plates, plastic forks and paper napkins are included. If you purchase a cake from Old World, but do not get a catering package with us or if you purchase your cake from an outside vendor, you are responsible for cutting the cake along with supplying paper plates, napkins and forks. CLEAN UP For catered functions at Old World, cleaning is included. For RENT ONLY functions, the Event Organizer is responsible for cleaning off all tables, taking down decorations and putting the trash in provided trash cans. We provide a 30-minute grace period. If you exceed 30 minutes, it will be an additional $100 per hour. CHILDREN Children must be supervised at all times. Children are not allowed in the kitchen area.
