Type: Game “ Noughts and Crosses” Focus: advice, warning, obligation, prohibition Suggested procedure: 1- Tell the pupils to choose a partner. 2- Give each pair a copy of the grids below. 3- Cut out the Xs and Os and put the picture grid on the desk. 4- Pupil A cuts out and takes the Xs. Pupil B cuts out and takes the Os. 5- Pupil A talks about a picture and puts an X on it. Ex: “don’t eat many sweets” 6- Pupil B talks about another picture and puts an O on it. 7- The pupil who gets three Xs or Os in a row wins.
