Dear applicant, if you are reading this booklet, it means that you are thinking about applying for one of our Managers position of AIESEC in Kyiv and that is great! We, as EB1617, have an updated structure, we are full of new fresh ideas, that will lead the organisation to disruptive growth, and obviously, we are ready to implement them in our LC in order to bring our society the biggest impact and positive change we can. And for that, we need a support - people, who are ready to take the responsibility and who are strongly committed to local committee. We are really excited to have new people in our updates structure and make this future 6 months of our term super impactful and progressive in order to achieve our vision and see Ukraine as a brand - admirable for the world and worth cooperation, also, to give everyone the uderstanding, that Ukraine is made by you, and only you are that drop of water, that will become a part of huge ocean of changes. 16 .08 ELECTIONS

Election process

1. Application form. You can apply for any position you want - there is no limit. (You can choose 2 or 3, but add your priority list in AF). There are general questions and specific (according to the position you are applying to). And you need to create a motivation letter (A4 size). Send this package titled "First_proirity_position_Surname" to office.kyiv@aiesec.net before the DDL. 2. Speech and Q&A session. Elections will happen on 26th of August. That's why for every applicant it's very recommended to be in Kyiv on this date. If there is a reason of not to be present (like internship is still going on), every applicant will apply online. Just be sure, that your connection is good enough. Each candidate will have to present himself/herself in a form of a speech in front of the LC during 5 min. Applicants can use ppts, flipcharts, videos, etc). Then each candidate will have 15 min for Q&A from EB, LC, Alumni. Be ready to answer questions on AIESEC essence, the strategy of LC and your direction and personal motivation. 3. Interview. Right after speeches of all candidates, there will be interviews with every candidate. The duration of each will be 30-40 min.

Specific questions for AF: 1. List the strategies and actions steps, which you'll make as coordinator in order to make international partnerships? 2.Write 3 LCs, which can become partners with LC Kyiv. Why? 3. In your opinion, what changes have to be done in iGV corner during in the next 6 months?


iGV

iGV PR Manager Period of work: 9.08.16-31.01.17 Accountable to: VP iGV Functions:

- Checking promo-matherials for all 6 projects; - support iGV direction with aditional promo and PR; - Promo Hub creation and management; - creation and implementation of design and flow of letters, that are used during approving and VD process.

Main KPIs: % of matherials checked Promo Hub created # of media appearances New letters created

Ensure quality of professional internships NPS (on the beginning, after arrival, during and after experience? Specific questions for AF: 1. Which bottlenecks do you see in VD process in iGT and iGE (at least 3) and how you can improve them? 2. Which alternatives do you see in accommodation for EPs (now we provide hostel in Vyshneve for 2 month for free) to reduce costs and make it more comfortable for interns? 3. Which result you expect to see after your work and implementing your ideas?

Media Expansion Manager Period of work: 9.08.16-31.01.17 Accountable to: VP PR Functions:

Writing articles about events happening in LC and making sure they are publsihed Establishing new media partnerships Supporting VP PR in development and implementation of LC’s PR strategy Education for the project teams Additional tasks may occure

Main KPIs: #of articles published #of new stable partnerships #of days between event and postrelease

Specific questions for AF: 1. What is the brand voice of AIESEC? How can it be described now? 2. Choose 2 media partners you’d like to establish partnership with and describe top selling points for them. 3. Write a press preview for Global Village. Maximum size - 250 words, language - Ukrainian, target audience - Kyiv youth in summer. All the rest for your imagination.

Internal group management (strategy, content plan, realization of it) Newsletter, letter creation Maintaining of LC Kyiv Members Database Designing of all TM materials (application forms, presentations, booklets) Constant improvement of internal communication in LC

1. Please, make a SWOT analyses of our internal group in Vk now and propose 3 new ideas, you’d like to implement in order to make the group more effective communication channel. 2. Create a newsletter for the whole LC with all new updates, that had happened during last 4 weeks. Be creative and use any tool/space for making newsletter. Save it and send the link of the pdf file of it in your AF. 3. Please, explain the AIESEC Way to the external stakeholder. (Be creative and don’t limit yourself: you can make video, presentation, poster, text, etc.)
