Youth Autonomy Allowance and minimum income 

The ETUC is for an "adequate minimum income schemes throughout Europe. The right to an adequate minimum income is a key demand today: we need to ensure an acceptable and dignified standard of living for all.”

Youth Autonomy Allowance and basic income 

The European Trade Union Movement doesn't support or promote the idea of a basic income (scheme).
