La recuperación del Horno de Anento surge como un impulso vital de regeneración de este bello municipio zaragozano, rico en patrimonio cultural y natural, proporcionándole una importante infraestructura de apoyo a la hostelería y al fuerte fomento del turismo en la zona. El edificio se inserta en un casco urbano medieval, en cuyo límite se encontraba un pequeño horno panadero en torno al cual se construyó un cobertizo que posteriormente se ampliaría como club social añadiéndole otra planta más. La estrategia de intervención actual ha trabajado en dos líneas diferentes, encaminadas a generar la apertura espacial del edificio existente, hasta ahora encerrado en sí mismo, hacia la belleza del lugar que lo rodea, y a dignificar el antiguo horno tradicional exhibiéndolo como una pieza de ecomuseo viva, todo ello proporcionando una imagen representativa, icónica y contemporánea al conjunto.

Recovery Furnace Anento emerges as a vital boost for the regeneration of this beautiful city Zaragoza, rich in cultural and natural heritage, providing an important infrastructure to support the strong hospitality and tourism development in the area. The building is inserted into a medieval village, in which limit was a small bread ovens around which we built a shed which was later expanded as a social club by adding another plant more. The current intervention strategy has worked in two different lines, designed to generate open space of the existing building, so far confined itself to the local beauty that surrounds it, and to dignify the old traditional oven displaying it as a piece of eco-museum alive, all providing a representative picture, iconic and contemporary at all.

This will create large openings in the existing building to the outside, empty double-height space next to the furnace, and introducing two pieces that contain the essential programs through the initial volume to melt inside and outside of a clear and resounding . Both pieces are understood as major viewpoints on the natural and urban landscape.
Para ello se generan grandes aperturas en el edificio existente hacia el exterior, se vacĂa un espacio en doble altura junto al horno, y se introducen dos piezas que contendrĂĄn los programas fundamentales atravesando el volumen inicial para fundir interior y exterior de una manera clara y rotunda. Ambas piezas son entendidas como grandes miradores sobre el paisaje natural y urbano.

The first contains the bar and the main entrance and is made entirely of black stone Calatorao. The second through the building in an east-west on the first floor, and is made of iroko wood on the outside creating a ventilated façade and roof, and bamboo indoors in a strange floating floor system that takes all the heat generated by driving through the oven chamber surrounding the inner shell bamboo providing a pleasant and uniform heating of the great hall of the restaurant. Both seek to create a space that involves enriching the visitor the feeling that gives the place and according to the use to which each arises. The concept of open space in turn promotes the dignity of the old furnace as the heart and core of the building, developing the section on a double-height space around which everything revolves, and which in turn opens third street entrance step back into a glass light that envelops and gives access to the dining room on the top floor.
La primera contiene el bar y la entrada principal y se realiza íntegramente en piedra negra de Calatorao. La segunda atraviesa el edificio en dirección esteoeste en la planta primera, y se realiza en madera de iroko en el exterior generando una fachada y cubierta ventiladas, y de bambú en el interior en un curioso sistema flotante de pavimento que aprovecha todo el calor que genera el horno conduciéndolo por la cámara que envuelve la carcasa interna de bambú proporcionando un agradable y homogéneo sistema de calefacción de la gran sala del restaurante. Ambas buscan generar un espacio que envuelva al visitante enriqueciendo las sensaciones que proporciona el lugar y de acuerdo al uso que en cada una de ellas se plantea. El concepto de apertura espacial promueve a su vez la dignificación del antiguo horno como corazón y núcleo del edificio, desarrollando la sección en un espacio en doble altura en torno al cual gira todo, y al cual abre a su vez una tercera entrada desde la calle trasera hacia una liviana escalera de vidrio que lo envuelve y que da acceso al comedor en la planta superior.
