A compact volume and small walk area (8m x 8m in floor) construction was sought, using wood and the masonry as base materials and reconceptualization all alternative services since the lot did not provide any. The design of the project was developed on the basis of the compact elevated building of the natural land and connected to different wood elements used on the terrace, footbridge, platform and grating that were placed according to a path that matches the landscape. This sequence is conceived by addressing a dynamic possession of space, maximizing the use of the living areas and of the dining room towards the exterior of the house.
Se buscó generar una volumetría compacta y de poca pisada (8m x 8m en planta), utilizar la madera y la mampostería como materiales fundantes y repensar todos los servicios de un modo alternativo ya que el lote no contaba con ninguno de ellos.El diseño de la volumetría se trabajó desde la premisa del edificio compacto elevado del terreno natural y vinculado a distintos elementos de madera con los usos de terraza, pasarela, muelle y parrilla que se ubicaron según un recorrido que juega con el paisaje. Esta secuencia está pensada atendiendo a una dinámica de apropiación del espacio, multiplicando los usos de estar y de comedor hacia afuera de la casa.
