Abbey, the bride to be, is our Sales Assistant here at One Realty & her husband to be - Rielly, has been around for just over 2 and a half years and is very known to the rest of the One Realty team. We decided to throw a littlle celebration for these guys with a beautifully decorated table, big feast of home made goodies, and everyone had a bit of 'marriage advice' to share! No topic was off limits - From toothpaste preferences to who's always 'right'! Safe to say, lots of laughs were had. It has been a little tradition to get together and give a gift, the present that was organised for these two was a speedboat day cruise with a snorkelling adventure and food included! The honeymoon is going to be in the Whitsundays, so the gift was well thought out and all booked for them. They were stoked!!! And of course, we made Abbey wear a fluffy crown and Bridal sash all day at work!

Crowds are expected to flock to Teebar Hall for the Teebar rodeo 12th June 2021, due to having to cancel last years show because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Teebar Show is held every year at the Teebar Hall and Grounds, corner of Teebar Hall Road and MaryboroughBiggenden Road, Teebar. Competitors, spectators and visitors travel from all over Queensland, and from all corners of Australia.

MARY POPPINS FESTIVAL Written by Erin Rogers | Property Manager 13th Annual Mary Poppins Festival! It's a four day program of storytelling for all ages through all art forms. From music concerts backstage and onstage at the Brolga to pop up performances in the Bond Store Basement. The signature event is the Mary Poppins Festival Day in the Park where Maryborough's glorious heritage streetscapes are transformed into scenes from the Poppins novels. Nannies race each other pushing prams in the great Nanny Challenge, chimney sweeps compete in the Chimney Sweep Dash while Mary Poppins characters come to life from the pages of books and mingle with the crowd. The festival honours the author of the Mary Poppins books, Pamela Lyndon Travers, who was born Helen Lyndon Goff in an upstairs bedroom of the former Australian Joint Stock Bank building in Maryborough on 9 August 1899. The bank is now an interactive museum called the Story Bank of Maryborough, which will feature prominently in the festival.
