GENERAL GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Providing Each Guest With A Quality Camping Experience
We’ve established the following guidelines to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests while in our park. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines may be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is not permitted to be brought into the park. We have wood for sale in the camp store.
PETS
Pets are welcome at Great Escapes RV Resort Branson. Please read the below guidelines as they vary by accommodation type. Pets are to be on a leash at all times and are never to be left unattended.
CABINS OR LODGES
Pets are allowed in some cabins and lodges but are subject to pet-friendly unit availability. A $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet/per stay is required. Two (2) pet limit. If you bring unregistered pets with you or bring pets into non-pet-friendly units, it will result in a $300 cleaning charge. Pets can be left in the cabins, but they must be left in a crate. Owner is responsible for any and all damage that the pet creates.
RV SITES
There is a two (2) pet limit per site. Pets are free for RV sites. We expect that you will clean up after your pet. They may not be left unattended outside of your unit. Fences and pens are not allowed. Pets must be leashed at all times. If the owner does not pick up after their pet they are subject to a $25 cleaning fee. They are also responsible for any and all damage the pet creates that includes digging holes.
TENT SITES
Pets are allowed at tent sites, but cannot be left alone at site for any period of time.
AGGRESSIVE PETS
Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at our park. If your dog shows protective and unfriendly behavior to strangers, please make accommodations for your pet to stay at home. If your dog exhibits this behavior during your stay, you will be asked to leave. Violation of these guidelines is grounds for ejection from the park without a refund.
PARKING
Do not park on the grass! All vehicles must be parked in your site and on the gravel. No parking in empty sites. Additional parking at the camp store if needed.
SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit is 9 ½ mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember, children are playing!
STRICTLY ENFORCED
One-way road directions must be obeyed.
QUIET TIME
11 PM – 8 AM: Loud or offensive noises, rowdiness, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time.
SITE OCCUPANCY
Only one (1) RV or tent is allowed per campsite. Campsites (RV and tent) allow for a maximum of eight (8) people per site. Maximum occupancy for cabins is the maximum number of people they are rated to sleep. Exceptions: Pup tents are allowed for children of the same family. There is a maximum of eight (8) people allowed per site
SMOKING
We do not allow smoking in any buildings on our property, including cabins. If you smoke inside our lodging units, cabins, or rentals, you will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $100.
SAFETY AFTER DARK
To ensure all our guests’ safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you.
TRASH AND GARBAGE
Please put all trash in the dumpster. Placing trash outside the dumpster may result in fines. Household bagged trash only. No dumping of appliances, batteries, hazardous materials (including motor oil), or other large items. Please do NOT leave trash at your campsite when you depart. If we have to clean up large amounts of trash, a $25 fine will be assessed.
GROUND DISPOSAL
Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by state law. Waste water from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.
SEWER CONNECTIONS
Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.

Fireworks
Firearms – This includes BB guns, Airsoft, and pellet guns.
Metal Detectors
Personal golf carts are not allowed. No battery-operated vehicles, motor-driven cycles, bikes, or scooters are allowed.
Drones – For safety purposes, we do not allow drones to be flown in our park. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Vehicle Repairs (including oil changes, etc.) of vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the park. You may check the local listings for businesses that provide these services.
PHOTO AND VIDEOS
Entrance to Great Escapes RV Resort Branson constitutes permission for the Management of Great Escapes RV Resorts to photograph and/or video-graph the visitor and all his/ her guests while on the premises and to use pictures/videos for lawful purposes without credit or acknowledgment to the visitor.
Your signature, provided at your check-in, gives Great Escapes RV Resort Branson, its assigns, licensees, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use any picture, portrait, image, video, or photograph in all forms and media and all manners, including composite, for advertising, for publication or any other lawful purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy, which may be created in connection therewith.
POOL
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult, 18+ years, at all times. Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
RV and Tent Campsites: Check-In: 2:00 PM; Check-Out: noon
Lodging: Check-In: 4:00 PM; Check-Out: 11:00 AM
If you intend to arrive before your check-in time, please notify our office. We will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we cannot guarantee its availability until check-in. We ask that you honor our check-out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.
DEPOSIT
Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.
MINIMUM RESERVATION
A two (2) night minimum applies to all rental units.
SITE LOCK FEE
When booking your reservation, we will assign you a cabin or campsite based on the type you selected. If you want a specific cabin or campsite, and it is available, you can reserve it with a $30 Site Lock fee. This fee is non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Sorry, no refunds for early departures. At check-in, we honor the period of time you requested for your campsite or lodging unit. Camping is an outdoor experience, and accordingly, we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
CANCELLATIONS
Campsites and Lodging: Cancellations made prior to seven (7) days of your arrival will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of your arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds for monthly reservation deposits.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site, and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff are not allowed to work on guests’ RVs or other personal equipment.
SEVERE WEATHER INFORMATION
Our Shower and restroom facilities are approved tornado and storm shelters.
Severe Weather Alerts
In the event of an Emergency Weather Siren, please gather your party and proceed to the Park Shower Rooms. A Park Ranger will meet you there with further instructions/ information. If special assistance is required for campers to reach the showers, please inform one of the Park Rangers as soon as you are able.
