RESORT GUIDELINES AND RULES

COOPERATION IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED – ENJOY YOUR STAY

• We only permit Class A motorcoaches which are a minimum of 25 feet in length and 10 years or newer, unless approved by management.

• The Speed Limit in the Resort is 12 MILES PER HOUR.

• All guests must register with Guest Services, located in the Welcome Center.

• Check-in Time: 1:00pm, Check-out time: 11:00am. Check-out time is strictly enforced, after which an additional day rental will be charged. There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.

• The Resort management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay and require them to leave immediately upon notice.

• Tents and sleeping outside of a motorcoach are prohibited. Please maintain your site in a clean and orderly manner. No Structures may be erected on any site. This includes clotheslines or drying racks, fences, awning enclosures, and popup shade tents.

• Guests are prohibited from conducting commercial business and/or running a business inside the Resort, on the lot in which they are staying on, or on any lot within the Resort.

• Sites may only have one (1) motorcoach and a maximum of two (2) other vehicles, plus a golf cart which can only be driven by a licensed driver. Arrangements for storage for trailers or vehicle dollies may be made with the Welcome Center as they are not permitted to be on the site.

• Vehicle passes must be displayed at all times while in the Resort.

• Signs of any kind are not permitted on a motorcoach, vehicle, or site, without management approval. Soliciting is not allowed.

• The motorcoach and vehicles shall be parked so that they do not extend beyond the concrete pad. No parking on grass at any time for any reason.

• Washing of motorcoaches and vehicles is only permitted by approved vendors.

• Vendors and/or contractors performing routine nonemergency services are only allowed in the Resort Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• Parents, or the responsible guardians, of children will be held accountable for the children’s actions. Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision when using the pools, spas, tennis/pickleball courts, executive putting course, and fitness center.

• Other Prohibitions:

- Brandishing or discharging of firearms, lethal weapons, and fireworks.

- Burning of wood, simulated logs, or charcoal. Cooking Smokers, such as Traegers, The Egg, etc are allowed.

- Free-standing satellite dishes in front of motorcoach.

- NO SKATEBOARDS ALLOWED.

- Placing outdoor rugs on top of grass.

- There shall be no portable or permanent spas, hot tubs, inflatable pools or other similar units placed on or within a site.

- Use of fire pit or fireplace.

• Rollerblades and similar equipment are authorized. Use of this equipment, including bicycles, must adhere to all traffic rules including speed limits, yield and stop signs. Use of this equipment will still be prohibited on unoccupied lots, clubhouse access drive, storage area entryway, all sidewalks in and around all pools, pool railings, stairs, pickle ball and tennis courts. Use is restricted to day use only, which is defined as sunrise to sunset. Golf carts must adhere to all traffic rules.

• Trash pickup daily to begin at 2:00 pm. Place your secured bagged trash in front of the Site and ensure it is visible from the street. Please do not place trash on the grass.

• Guests may have visitors between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm. Visitor vehicles must have a Visitor’s Pass displayed in the window at all times while in the Resort. Guests are permitted to have up to 6 visitors. The limit of guests and visitors on a Site is 12 people.

• Guests may not use a site owner’s personal property unless special arrangements have been made through the Welcome Center. If a site with a build-out is reserved you may only use what is required to be available unless prior approval has been made through the Welcome Center.

• Visitor parking is allowed on both sides of the Clubhouse. No parking on streets or on any lot other than the one you are staying on. No parking or overnight parking at the satellite buildings unless you are utilizing the amenities.

• Enjoy your site and any of the common areas. Do not trespass or cut across any of the privately owned sites other than the one you are renting.

• Smoking is prohibited in the Clubhouse, restrooms, laundry facilities, fitness center, pool and spa areas, and all other Resort buildings.

• Fitness Center is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Children under the age of 14 are prohibited from using fitness equipment.

• Pool and spas are open to guests from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

• Abide by all posted pool and spa rules; keep the gates locked and closed as required by law, swim safely and enjoy.

• Quiet hours 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

• Guests are liable for all damages caused by all persons in the party. All sites are inspected upon arrival and at departure.

• Watering is generally done in the evening or as needed. Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is not held liable for soiling, damage or water spots caused by watering or broken sprinklers to guest’s or visitor’s vehicles or property.

• Management reserves the right to change or add to the Resort Guidelines and Rules and/or Pet Rules at any time.

• Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, or Acts of God.

This booklet serves as a guide to our facilities and the surrounding area. If you should have any questions, please stop by the Welcome Center anytime and we’ll be happy to assist you.

PET RULES

Pets are welcome when QUIET and attended.

❖ Only three (3) pets are allowed per Site.

❖ Aggressive and uncontrolled pets will not be allowed to remain in the Resort.

❖ Barking dogs disturb neighbors and may be required to leave the Resort.

❖ Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.

❖ Pets must be kept on a leash, no longer than six (6) feet in length and under direct control at all times, when outside of the motoroach, even when on the lot.

❖ You are required to clean up after your pet on your site or when walking your dog.

❖ Pets may not enter Buildings, Pool and Spa Areas, Tennis Court, Golf Course or be walked on other sites.

❖ Temporary pet enclosures may be no more than 36 inches tall, and 16 linear feet in length.
