However, simply put, your home’s market value is not determined by you, but by what the market is willing to pay for it at a given time. DETERMINING MARKET VALUE By conducting a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), I will take an in-depth, thorough, impartial, and objective analysis of your property’s location, design, amenities, and condition against other comparable (competing) properties that are currently for sale and have recently sold. After conducting the CMA, I will give you my professional perspective and advise as to a price range in which your property should be appropriately positioned in the current market to sell in a reasonable time-frame.
