PRICING YOUR HOME In a perfect world, your home’s market value would be worth everything you think it is and need it to be. However, simply put, your home’s market value is not determined by you, but by what the market is willing to pay for it at a given time. DETERMINING MARKET VALUE By conducting a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), I will take an in-depth, thorough, impartial, and objective analysis of your property’s location, design, amenities, and condition against other comparable (competing) properties that are currently for sale and have recently sold. After conducting the CMA, I will give you my professional perspective and advise as to a price range in which your property should be appropriately positioned in the current market to sell in a reasonable time-frame.
