250 PARK / No. 608 The owner was out of state and wanted an agent to handle the entire sale process from the beginning to the end. Zach helped find a solution for the current tenant, got the unit full sale ready, and sold it for over 100% of list price in a traditionally tough building. While many buyers were scared off from the assessment on other units, Zach and the owner came up with a plan to pay off the assessment and adjust the list price, easing the fear from buyers.

This included painting, new carpet, a full clean, updated lighting, and professional staging. Marketing took a focus on the 24th floor location of the unit, playing into the skyline and unobstructed views of US Bank Stadium. With 23 other units on the market, it was going to be tough to get this one sold. However, Zach put it under contract in less than three weeks and sold it in less than month. Sold for 98% of list price, the owner was ecstatic to get his unit sold when others sat on the market.
