OI China PRAYER LETTER September 2013
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." ~ Colossians 3:23-24
Thank God that, due to the service expansion, Siyang Branch has outgrown its office. Chairman, Mr Geoff Kells AM, opened the new Siyang office on 6 August. At the opening of the new office and staff dedication service Mr Kells encouraged the team by quoting: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24
OI China introduced its first-ever Summer Music Camp this year. Thanks to Pastor Lai, Dorcas and Laura, who come all the way from Taiwan, to teach the children of our clients and our staff musical instruments and singing. In the first week of August, as the music camp draws to a close, the teachers arranged a special performance of Sunday School Songs, guitar and recorder performance.
Praises & Thanksgivings: Praise the Lord that the OI China 2013 English Camp and Internship Program completed with fruitful results. The first-ever OIC Music Camp also ended with a wonderful thanksgiving note. Praise God for prayers answered. More Christian professionals as joining OI China to serve now. o
