Projects and Data

The key piece of work for Vicky, Kat, Michelle, and Candy has been the learner audit. They have been pulling all the missing pieces together in the folders, so we are in a good place for any future audits.

Vicky and Michelle have also been involved in checking the onboarding process and have plans to test the new process in the New Year

Shaun has been getting to grips with the extra programmes he has picked up and getting to know more about all the nuances of each client.

Gav has been pulling the client data reports and rebuilding the Ford report to get more accurate data from the system. He has also checked the Rhenus eLearning material and added it to their programmes.

Marc has worked with Gemma this month to create a new Master Facilitator Register, that will be unleashed In the New Year.

Delivery Team

The team continues to focus on supporting learners to get back on track and has received lots of positive feedback from learners relating to the support coaches are providing.

Gemma P has worked hard to support Ford with some good results including:

One of the more difficult learners has changed their outlook, even sharing book recommendations and trying to get to know Gemma Big win!

Francessca is supporting our learners with a Cognasisst session with feedback such as the below received from the learners:

I have just had a good meeting with Francesca on Cognassist. We discussed areas that may be of extra benefit to me as an individual learner The discussion with Francesca touched on opportunities to further develop visual information processing, skills to listen & write at the same time; skills to react to & action new information.

Delivery Team

With the continued focus on Cognassist, we have achieved some great results going from 0% supporting evidence to 88% supporting evidence in 4 months which is a huge success

Sonia continues to work with the learners to achieve some great first-time FS pass rates.

We have had 11 FS elements passed this month already, which includes 5 full claims, and still awaiting another 3 results. Sonia has also successfully facilitated 14 learners to complete their speaking and listening assessment in the last 2 months!

One of these full claim passes is David Pretorius, who has worked so hard in achieving his L2 maths and says he is now looking forward to being fast-tracked for his English qualification.

The team has worked together to support the auditing of files for learners that are PPED and this is helping us to identify best practices for PL level 4 submissions.

We have had an AO learner successfully complete her PL4 EPA with a Merit and have more learners booked in to complete their EPA in the new year. One learner has achieved a distinction in her APM Apprenticeship (Atlanta was the first learner we have put through APM EPA)

Lin has worked hard to successfully support 8 out of 8 PPED Amazon learners to be ready for Gateway in Jan 2023

The team continues to support #oneteam with Sangeeta supporting different clients to ensure engagement is maintained throughout December.
