or lawyers, the most important question facing the court now as Nnamdi Kanu’s trial for treason resumes is, where is the IPOB leader? To that effect, they have faulted Justice Binta Nyako of Federal High Court, Abuja’s order that those who stood as sureties for Kanu’s bail in in April this year must produce him in court at the next hearing of his case this November 20, describing it as erroneous. Lawyers who spoke with The Oracle Today averred that in view of “the recent unfortunate invasion of Nnamdi Kanu’s home by the federal government, which is the complainant, through its military troops, where several civilians were killed and others injured, Kanu’s sureties are not liable for the disappearance of the IPOB leader.”

provisions of the law. The sureties are not liable to secure Kanu’s attendance in court because the federal government
