Many of our installation team and staff members have been with us for well over a decade and they enable us to provide a reliable, expert and quality approach to the work that we do.
We have evolved from a glazing contractor into a specialist installer of windows, doors and conservatories for the residential market and new build sector.
Our work ranges from fitting a single set of bifold doors to installing windows and doors to an entire new build development. Our latest project consists of installing windows and doors to 100 newly built homes.
We are Safecontractor registered and uphold high health and safety standards on all projects.
Not all windows and doors are created equal
Because we are a specialist installer we are able to advise on the best specification of product to suit each individual property, whether that’s to create a warm and safe environment, reduce outside noise, control heat build up from the sun and improve the security of a home.
Safe & Secure
Increased security may be required so locks and glass can be upgraded to deter even the most persistent burglar. We can help to keep you and your family safe & secure with our upgraded locking systems and security glazing.
We can also reduce unwanted noise by using acoustic rated glass.
Save money on heating bills
Our Windows, Bifolds and Sliding doors achieve maximum thermal performance and retain the warmth inside your home so you can turn the heating down, reducing your bills and carbon footprint.
Guaranteed to last:
The majority of our products are guaranteed for 10 years and all domestic installations also come with an insurance backed guarantee for your peace of mind.

Our stylish internal aluminium doors are proving very popular. They are superb quality and can help to separate rooms and provide private and quiet areas.

Conservatories & transformations
We create modern, warm and inviting conservatories. They are a high performance solution to providing extra space.
In many cases we can refurbish existing conservatories, transforming an under used draughty space into a year round living space with a highly insulated roof.
In October last year there was a report presented to Cabinet which gave the grim warning that if the Council continues on the same trajectory, then it will be bankrupt within two years.
Cllr Tony Cox Councillor for West Shoebury
A number of us councillors were searching as to how we got into this position considering that the Administration had received an additional £1.7 Million in Government grant and an extra £12 Million in business rates since 2019. This is also in addition to the £14 Million COVID grants received.
£15.5 million spent on consultants and agency staff!
In January, when the budget proposals were launched contained within the figures were in the past year alone, £11 Million spent on consultants and £4.5 Million on agency staff.
Some spending explained:
As things started to unravel, it was identified that some of the spending on consultancy fees were as follows:
£20,000 fees for designing a new Council logo which one eagle eyed resident emailed me to say that the exact logo and font could have been easily bought on the internet for £15.
£18,000 to advise the Council to close bowling greens
And my favourite:
£80,000 to advise the Council on how to save money
Further probing found that:
At least one agency staff member is on £1,000 a day
Another agency staff member was on £800 a day for two and a half years
And there are 96 agency staff members are on at least £300 a day
From my experience, the maximum time an interim agency staff member should be in place is 9 months. Not recruiting to vacant roles expediently simply isn’t acceptable. Agency staff should be a matter of last resort and where possible, existing staff should be asked to step up into interim positions. Most readers will understand the importance of succession planning in organisations. area improvements’.
To be clear, some spending on agency staff is essential. We are a costal resort and there is a need for seasonal workers. There have been challenges in getting social care workers and agency staff have been required to fill that void.
Even in the area social care, I believe we should look to do more in terms of renumeration and employee benefits packages to try and encourage more permanently employed social care staff. In the long term, this could actually save the Council money. Despite the warnings, the spending on consultants doesn’t appear to be slowing. Earlier this month, we were told that the Council are ‘in the process of shortlisting a landscape architect led consultant team to deliver the play area improvements’.
17 staff on over a £100,000!
The ironic thing is the head of this area is a consultant and was brought in for their expertise on parks!
It just isn’t right to have consultants as interims in top posts hiring more consultants.
As the recent Taxpayers Alliance report identified, we have seventeen posts which have a salary of over £100,000. I don’t think it is an unreasonable expectation that those occupying these roles should have the sufficient skill sets to not need constant spending on consultants. In anyone’s book, this level of consultants and agency spending isn’t sustainable. We have been warned. Somebody needs to get a grip on this situation and fast.
As the recent Taxpayers Alliance report expectation that those occupying
