YOU’RE LIKELY TO HEAR THE PHRASE “THE LANCER FAMILY” while on campus at Orange Lutheran. It’s our unique term to describe the transformational campus culture, united in Christ, that makes Orange Lutheran a special community. Just like your family, it is at the heart of our purpose to fully equip each student with the foundational skills and experiences needed to succeed not only in high school, but in college and beyond as leaders in a global society.

Alexandra Nechita Center for the Arts

The Nechita Gallery and Gallery500 celebrate creativity by allowing both students and professional guest artists to exhibit their work yearround. Our student-artists are consistently honored as Artists of the Year in the media, and recent graduates have continued their studies at the nation’s top art colleges.

Master Classes Actors, singers, composers, dancers, musicians, and visual artists are among the industry professionals to offer clinics and master classes about the business and craft of creating art. Combining interactive learning, personal assessments, and techniques to equip young artists, these visits offer students an inside perspective of the industry and the possibilities within their budding craft.

The elegant 715-seat Alexandra Nechita Center for the Arts is one of the preeminent high school performing arts venues in the country. The theater and adjoining gallery are proudly named after alumna and internationallyacclaimed cubist painter, Alexandra Nechita ’03. All theatrical productions are supported with a dedicated staff of theatre technicians, audio engineers, wardrobe, lighting and scenic designers that work alongside each performer.

WORKING ACROSS BOUNDARIES

FOR CHRIST

HEARTS ARE TOUCHED AND LIVES ARE CHANGED THROUGH MISSIONS. Our world may be constantly changing, yet we have a firm foundation in God’s love and His saving message of salvation through Jesus Christ. OLu Missions seeks to open the eyes of students to the world around them to better understand how to love and serve others the way Christ would. Since 2001, the Missions Program has sent out thousands of Lancers to serve in domestic, local, and international capacities. Whether at home or abroad, Missions

provide opportunities to learn techniques for effectively working across cultural, religious, and economic boundaries while fostering positive mental health and well being within our students.
