The parties undertake as follows: The “Consultant” I, ______________________________________________________________ hereby referred to as the “Consultant” agree to undertake the assignment: _____________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________ the Terms of Reference for which is attached as Appendix 1 to this document. The “Beneficiary Company” I, __________________________________________________________________ acting as the authorized representative for ________________________________________________ , hereby undertake to work with the “Consultant” to fulfill all the conditions of the Saint Lucia Business Executives Services Trust (BEST). I also undertake to submit the Assignment Assessment Form AA4 by _______________________________. In addition, I will provide the Consultant with the following amenities, tools or facilities during the conduct of the exercise: Office Space

Transportation

IT / Internet Access Services

The “Contracting Agency” The Contracting Agency, St Lucia Business Executive Services Trust (BEST) duly witnesses and supports the undertaking of the two parties, the “Consultant” and the “Beneficiary Company” with the understanding that these commitments are binding upon them to the Contracting Agency. The “Contracting Agency” therefore undertakes to: -

Pay the stipulated stipend; $_______ per day less 5% administrative costs to the Consultant for the number of days of the assignment. (The stipend will be paid as follows: 50% at the beginning and 50% upon completion).

Provide necessary administrative support and follow-up as needed.

To discuss the Assignment Accomplishment /AA2 and the Assignment Assessment Report AA4 with both parties

All parties hereby agree that this agreement binding upon them for the duration of the assignment.
